Very nice place. A little hard to find. But when I walked into it. Wow small place but unique looking. Not many table but friendly looking and staffs. Fast served. Food is good. The chicken very tasty. The noodles are big compare to other places. Different. Different. Gonna come back try the beef heard is really good. Definitely come back when I have a chance. Recommended should try if you're visiting DaNang.

Food: 3/5 I ordered the special chicken noodle, but it was nothing exceptional. Comparable Mỳ Quảng dishes can be found throughout Đà Nẵng at a fraction of the cost, even though the portion size was the same. While the noodles were thick and smooth, as shown in the photo, they needed to be separated. The chicken was well-cooked, yet the quantity felt insufficient, resembling a 20k noodle dish. Atmosphere: 2/5 The establishment boasts a pleasant setting with excellent facilities and design. However, the decision to direct the misting system towards the noodle seems counterproductive to enhancing the taste. As someone who even isn't a chef, I found this to be a definite drawback. Service: 1/5 I waited 45 minutes for my noodle during a non-busy period. The staff were amicable and apologetic for the delay, but the professionalism didn't match the price point. One young staff member's noisy motorbike arrival and departure were quite disruptive and unpleasant. He seemed to be in quite a hurry for no apparent reason. Interestingly, once he got off the motorbike, he casually adjusted his hair, almost like a TikTok idol. It definitely added a humorous touch to the situation.

Speechless... I ordered a vegetarian noodle here. It's not only delicious but also beatifully presented. The sound of music is not too loud, I took a seat in this garden to enjoy everything. What a tranquil corner in the town must go! Dont forget to order one glass of coffee, the most amazing mix of coffee and milk I have tried.

Really tasty noodles. A little on the pricey side for Vietnamese food and I was hoping for more fish for that price, but it's still good. Ambience was really nice. Iced Vietnamese coffee was really refreshing as well

Met Ms Tuyet and her humble Mi Kuang place. Definitely worth a visit as the noodles were so delicious and flavourful. Will be back again for sure.

Quang style noodles done tastefully and thoughtfully. Breakfast and lunch only, currently. I’ve been to this restaurant several times now and only have good things to say. The menu features three types of Quang noodles which use a different broth base to complement whether it’s beef, chicken or fish. The accompaniments provided are nicely presented and instructions are very clear. Overall enjoyment, quality, atmosphere, environment and of course, satiety gets top marks. For those that may be watching their diet, there is also nutritional information available for each dish in remarkable detail. Would I come back? Certainly. One of my best experience. Very tasty noodle bowl, very calm ambience surrounded by kind host. The My Quang bowl is surprisingly tasty. Would highly recommend thia place. I bet you want to come again.

It a little hidden, you have to walk into the alley to find the place. Environment was really beautiful. The manager do speak very good English. Basically they only serve Quang noodle here, with beef, chicken or fish. The taste are pretty similar I would say, but I prefer the chicken one. Slight spicy. It is not a soup noodle, but gravy. The noodle itself was very good. You can consider to skip the popiah. The coffee was pretty good too. Try it!

Best Mi Quang you can get in town, The taste is delicate and so so so good. The big bowl is almost not enough. Ahah The place is lovely. Big recommendation.

I walked in right when they opened at 8am! They were sweet and quick to prepare the snakehead fish noodles. WOW! WOW. WOW. WOW. Tastes amazing. Need to go back again before I leave. Oh, vietnamese coffee also VERY tasty! Thank you for the apron you let me wear to keep my clothing clean!! ^_^

Tranquil small place. Delicious mi quang. But they perhaps used too much seasoning. I felt sensational in my ears after eating half the bowl. The eggrolls were too oily and slightly burnt.

The restaurant is owned by a MasterChef Vietnam. The quality of ingredients made food here is great but the taste is not suitable for me. The price of Quảng noodles here is really higher than any place. I just still recommend some Quang Noodles street food more than in restaurants. For me, the spring rolls here is great. The sauce is awesome. Recommend food here

Sadly the day I went they had run out of spring rolls until the next week . They also did not have any beef left by 1pm. They close at 2.30pm. I did order the chicken with handmade noodles and they were delicious. The spicy sauce was very aromatic

I am so lucky to know this noodle place of chef Tuyet. A must try place for authentic noodle. Quite area, good place to have chats with your friends.

Best Mì Quảng shop in Đà Nẵng so far. I ordered Snakehead fish noodle and it was really delicious. The spice, the tender meat, and the noodle is just perfect. The nature and vintage vibe makes your eating experience totally different from other Mì Quảng shop. Tuyết Phạm - the owner, recommended me to take Snakehead fish because she knew I would love the curry spice as a Malaysian. She is friendly and actively care about your dining experience, which is great! The service staffs are polite and have good smile. As a Masterchef titled shop, for sure the price would be more expensive, it's around triple from the other Mì Quảng. To me though, it's definitely worth it. The price is reasonable to satisfy your weekly Mì Quảng cravings. I will definitely come back to try different noodle dishes.

Best Quang noodle I’ve had so far. Very nice portions and high quality ingredients. The meats are good cuts and the vegetables are very fresh. Even the coffee was above average. Make sure you read the chef’s story on the menu. We went during Covid so we were the only guests. It was still a great experience. An enjoyable, quiet atmosphere of a tiny street.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Carol, the chef and owner of Nu Do and she invited us to come check out her restaurant. Carol has a beautiful story about her life journey and I highly recommend you take a few minutes to read through it on her menu. I'm sure if she's there, she'd probably sit down at your table and tell you herself! And that same story is captured in the bowl of noodles you'll eat. You'll likely have run into Mi Quang already and it's obvious that Carol's bowl of noodles is something special. Complex and simple at the same time with intention behind every flavor and spice. And having this dish at her home (literally) feels like going to a friend's house. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Nu Do. Will definitely be a place I'll return to any time I'm in Da Nang.
