Hoa and his family are lovely people. They helped us out today when our scooter broke down and called a mechanic before treating us to the nicest spring rolls I've ever had. A great host, just a pity I didn't get the chance to stay in his B and B. Hopefully next time!! 😁

Hoa is the owner of this fine joint and he embodies everything that is good about any hostel, ever. His care and kindness knows no limit or boundary. The food is simply delicious and cheap and the cold beer makes happy. The rooms are spacious and the billiards table is nice in the evening. Never have I been to a hostel that had so many return-guests from as far back as 1994. Make a point of staying here for a night. Hit the surf come early morning or chill on the porch and get lathered by the sun. Whatever you do, take it easy.

This is a so nice place for lunch or dinner. Dont miss his pring rolls and the jacket fish dish. The table in front of the house is great for seeing the beach.

Number one spot on the central coast. Perfect for all ages, popular with Veterans, surfers, bikers, backpackers, Alcoholics Anonymous and more the best thing about this place is everyone is welcome. Hoa is a great host, he has been running Hoa’s Place with his family for over 25 years now and has many stories to tell! Pool table upstairs!

This is the coolest place in Da Nang! Everything is cheap but very delicious. Only few meters from white sand beach and with an option of renting surfs and waterboards. And the most important - the owner is just awesome! Next time I'll be in Da Nang I'm definitely staying here.

The best pizzas I ever had. We were late and they were already about to leave but opened the kitchen again and made some if the best pizzas. I could never thank them enough. Must come here again to have the best food in Da Nang.

A great local place to just relax and enjoy the great vibe

We went to the restaurant for breakfast. We had an omelet and mango shake. The food was great, and the owner was super friendly. Although the location is a little bit off, I recommend coming here before visiting the marble mountain.

I was looking for a nice place to have bfast before our visit to marble mountains, and I think I picked the best place! The food is fantastic, good price, great location to visit turistic points later in Da Nang and if you want to have a swim at the beach. But on top of everything the owner of the place is a lovely man, genuine and full of chats, who only wants you to relax and have a great stay in Da Nang. It was wonderful finding this place, we loved it.

The host is a very friendly and nice person. But the pancakes were expensive (~50k dong) and the taste was worse I ever tried. Anyway was nice to chat with the host and hear their stories.

The spring rolls were so delicious! And the owner was very kind. I highly recommend coming here for a bite at this no frills restaurant. It’s also right by the beach.

We stopped for a coffee. The location is great, a few steps from the place. There's good music and the owner seems really friendly. I don't know about the hostel or food, we didn't try it.

The most incredible place, both to eat but also to stay. Hoa and his family and the most kind and welcoming hosts and the rooms and dormitory are spacious and comfortable. The beach, as ever is gorgeous and we were only sad not to have been able to stay longer! Will definitely been returning soon

True backpacker hostel! Love the food, cold drinks, close to the beach. Everything you need for relaxing in the sun and enjoying Vietnam. I love this place so much, if you’re in Da Nang you need to stop by!

Surfer school and Surf board hire! Friendly guy Mr Hao. Try the fresh spring rolls and steamed fish. Tasty food. Good local accomadation. How is very helpful and can provide hood travel advice for the Da Nang district.

Hoa is an amazing guy, he is extremely friendly and knows great English. The food is also great, good prices. If you come to da nang I highly advise to visit this place. He also has a guest house, any questions or advice during your stay in Vietnam he will help as much as he can.
