Overall,
it
was
a
great
experience
in
Danang.
However,
I'd
like
to
point
out
a
few
things
that
would
help
the
quality
of
your
resort.
First
of
all,
there
were
no
plates/cutleries
to
use
in
the
kitchen.
I
had
hard
time
understanding
why
the
kitchen
takes
so
big
parts
in
a
villa
when
there
is
nothing
to
use.
Besides,
there
was
no
microwave
so
I
had
to
call
the
reception
every
time
I
need
to
heat
up
the
baby
food.
One
time,
the
person
came
super
late.
Setting
fork/knife/spoon/plates,
and
microwave
will
make
this
villa
real
resorts.
Second,
when
making
up
the
room,
changing
of
bed
sheets
is
the
basic
unless
they
ask
not
to.
If
you
put
a
sign
that
enables
customers
to
choose
whether
they
want
it
to
be
changed
or
not
due
to
environmental
issue,
that
would
be
great.
The
cleaning
team
cleaned
other
parts
well
but
the
bedding
was
not
great
at
all.
Third,
the
quality
of
room
service
food
must
be
reconsidered.
The
area
of
this
resort
is
not
at
the
center
of
the
city
so
lots
of
customers
must
be
considering
ordering
in.
However,
the
taste
of
the
food
I
ordered
(about
6menus
I
tried)
were
not
even
medium.
The
rice
of
Nasi
Goreng
was
not
cooked
through
enough,
the
tastes
of
same
pizzas
we
ordered
two
times
were
not
same
at
all
(the
quality
was
different),
and
for
Kimchi
soup,
putting
a
bowl
of
rice
must
be
an
option
at
least.
Well,
the
salmon
steak
was
great
I
must
say.
And
If
I
share
I
tried
many
many
room
service
menu
all
over
the
world
since
I
worked
as
a
cabin
crew
before,
would
this
be
more
seriously
considered?
Oh,
and
the
ice
cream
in
a
main
pool
was
not
frozen
enough.
We
bought
three
and
all
of
them
were
drippy
and
all
melted
inside
the
coated
chocolate.
Need
to
change
the
machine
or
the
way
to
sell
the
cold
stuff
outside.
Fourth,
this
is
a
suggestion;
I
hoped
people
in
the
restaurant
would
be
able
to
speak
at
least
some
level
of
English
since
they
work
face
to
face
with
a
bunch
of
customers.
They
are
the
ambassadors
of
your
resorts
since
they
are
at
the
front
row.
Fifth,
I
was
somewhat
surprised
not
to
see
any
newspaper
in
English
available
at
the
reception
or
concierge.
Oh,
and
there
was
not
a
single
English
channel
in
TV!!
or
Korean!!
cuz
one
could
expect
to
her
Korean
when
there
are
so
many
Korean
people
in
the
resort!
Sixth,
the
spa
experience
was
great
but
the
person
massaged
me
talked
personal
stuff
during
massage.
She
mentioned
something
about
her
family
situation
and
did
not
sound
alright
to
me.
I
think
this
kind
matter
are
blocking
the
resort
to
be
a
better
at
providing
a
high
quality
service
and
stay.
Seventh,
since
it's
a
kid-friendly
resort
(I
believed
so
since
you
have
a
kids
room),
having
strollers
or
extra
bed
available
would
be
a
great
option.
I
feel
sorry
that
I
pointed
out
negative
things
only.
but
I
did
have
a
few
great
things
as
well
such
as
the
beautiful
landscaping,
the
breakfast
was
overall
tasty
and
a
lot
of
staff
had
smile
on
every
time.
The
spa
person
who
was
promoting
sales
in
breakfast
time
had
a
great
skill
to
approach
and
explain
what
she
had
to
say
and
sell.
I
think
she
needs
a
promotion.
Overall,
I
had
a
great
stay
though
and
would
like
to
come
back
some
time
in
the
future.
Thank
you
