It’s really good for family tourists. But Some staffs are little unkind & inefficient. However most of them are very good attitudes. Although It’s little expensive. But you have worth to spend money in this place. Most of facilities are good for staying and enjoy by yourself. Also the breakfast is good tasty and qualities. And You can order room service easily. If you want refresh yourself, You should stay in the resort. You can get real happiness.

Overall, it was a great experience in Danang. However, I'd like to point out a few things that would help the quality of your resort. First of all, there were no plates/cutleries to use in the kitchen. I had hard time understanding why the kitchen takes so big parts in a villa when there is nothing to use. Besides, there was no microwave so I had to call the reception every time I need to heat up the baby food. One time, the person came super late. Setting fork/knife/spoon/plates, and microwave will make this villa real resorts. Second, when making up the room, changing of bed sheets is the basic unless they ask not to. If you put a sign that enables customers to choose whether they want it to be changed or not due to environmental issue, that would be great. The cleaning team cleaned other parts well but the bedding was not great at all. Third, the quality of room service food must be reconsidered. The area of this resort is not at the center of the city so lots of customers must be considering ordering in. However, the taste of the food I ordered (about 6menus I tried) were not even medium. The rice of Nasi Goreng was not cooked through enough, the tastes of same pizzas we ordered two times were not same at all (the quality was different), and for Kimchi soup, putting a bowl of rice must be an option at least. Well, the salmon steak was great I must say. And If I share I tried many many room service menu all over the world since I worked as a cabin crew before, would this be more seriously considered? Oh, and the ice cream in a main pool was not frozen enough. We bought three and all of them were drippy and all melted inside the coated chocolate. Need to change the machine or the way to sell the cold stuff outside. Fourth, this is a suggestion; I hoped people in the restaurant would be able to speak at least some level of English since they work face to face with a bunch of customers. They are the ambassadors of your resorts since they are at the front row. Fifth, I was somewhat surprised not to see any newspaper in English available at the reception or concierge. Oh, and there was not a single English channel in TV!! or Korean!! cuz one could expect to her Korean when there are so many Korean people in the resort! Sixth, the spa experience was great but the person massaged me talked personal stuff during massage. She mentioned something about her family situation and did not sound alright to me. I think this kind matter are blocking the resort to be a better at providing a high quality service and stay. Seventh, since it's a kid-friendly resort (I believed so since you have a kids room), having strollers or extra bed available would be a great option. I feel sorry that I pointed out negative things only. but I did have a few great things as well such as the beautiful landscaping, the breakfast was overall tasty and a lot of staff had smile on every time. The spa person who was promoting sales in breakfast time had a great skill to approach and explain what she had to say and sell. I think she needs a promotion. Overall, I had a great stay though and would like to come back some time in the future. Thank you

I am very satisfied with my stay at Vinpearl resort and spa. All the staff were friendly and tried to provide the best service, and I especially recommend Thanh Do among them. He was very passionate about his work and was very good at speaking Korean. Thanks to Thanh Do, my stay at Vinpearl was even more enjoyable. The main pool was very clean and in good condition. Especially, swimming after sunset was very satisfying. One disappointment was that the private pool was a bit lacking. Some of the tiles were broken and wandered around the pool floor. There were also some floats in the water. If you pay a little more attention to the condition of your private pool, it will be the perfect accommodation.

Nice resort with all the villas. Each villa is really spacious and looks really grand inside. We got a 3 bedroom villa which was more than enough, and each room has its own bathroom. The whole villa has 3.5 baths. 1 king master bedroom, 1 with 2 twin beds, and 1 room with a queen. It’s located a little further out from Danang downtown, but is still convenient and close to everything else. Takes about 20-30 mins to get to Hoi An from the resort depending on traffic. The staff are very friendly and respectful. House keeping comes in everyday. The only thing I wish the villa has more of was utensils and cutlery. Or some cups and bowls. Such a hassle to ask for these basic things if I had food I ordered from outside and want to bring back to my room to eat without having anything to eat with. I love how each villa is equipped with an infinity pool, it’s private. Buggies come to your room very quickly every time you call. The breakfast buffet style is actually delicious. Fresh food everyday, 3 choices of different broth noodles, different fruits, freshly made Vietnamese coffee and Americano ready to serve those coffee lovers, as well as a great variety of choices of fruit juices. Some vegetarian dishes for those that wish to eat light or vegan. It only takes a few minutes to walk literally to the beach so dont stress if you didn’t get the ocean front view. All the villas are remotely close to the main pool and beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time we are in town!

Beautiful setting and grounds, rooms very opulent and spacious. Nice beach. 20 mins to Hoi An and 15 mins to Da Nang downtown so good location. Buffet breakfast great. Spa treatments very good. Service a little patchy at times in the beach restaurant but not terrible. Despite it being very nice it felt a little soulless, perhaps due to the size of the resort.

A big luxury resort with all villa accommodations. All villas are equipped with a private pool. The rooms and the villas are humongous with all kinds of amenities. Perfect for families wanting to have some private peaceful time. Has own beach, multiple restaurants.

Check in was very poor. No one gave me info about the hotel and only when I asked about (20 min later) they explained briefly about it. In general the English is very poor. The villa is amazing, with kitchen and cooktop but without any utensils… even to open a bottle of wine you do not have a corkscrew… well forget about the food, the restaurants, the bar, the wine list, are really terrible

Stand out from service perspective was Linh at the Front Office, he was a great ambassador for the Vinpearl resort and always willing to help. Resort was good and staff generally friendly if not overly helpful/focused on service. The website and descriptions matched the experience. Hotel food was mediocre, with bar and room service quality, breadth and prices being under whelming and the resort lacked “atmosphere”, with limited use of restaurants and bars. This is a big missed opportunity for Vinpearl. Management should consider ‘happy hour’ promotions by the main pool and other initiates to encourage guests to use common facilities further. The beach was well maintained and patrolled but again lacked any atmosphere and Vinpearl/Marriott should consider how it could promote local businesses/restaurants/bars to share these.

I liked the resort very much, but I felt uncomfortable in the following parts. - After check-in, I moved to the room, but there was trash and dishes left behind by someone in front of the front door (not cleaned) - Water quality of swimming pool is dirty. - Contamination of Irish table (not cleaned) - Long-term room service / Food cooling / Request (cutlery) noncompliance / Not brought back - Toilet toilet water pressure low - a shortage of towels - It's not a towel gown, but a thin gown, so it's inappropriate to wear after taking a shower. The internet was very slow. - Lack of food in breakfast (but the quality of the food was good).

We loved this beautiful resort. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was epic with a wide variety of choices. Unfortunately they have no wheelchair accessible villas but they found a ramp so I could get in our villa independently.

From check-in to check-out, the overall experience was very pleasant. There were moments when we were unexpectedly wowed with the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable (i.e. delivering our Covid test documents to the villa, etc.). The villa was clean and the private pool was great for our kids to play in. We received warm greetings from various staff members on the property. Also, we were very impressed with the setup of the BBQ dinner. Criticisms: - There were cigarette butts stuck between the floor panels of the backyard patio and along the plants surrounding the pool. - After the BBQ dinner, the patio floor was left uncleaned until the next day when housekeeping came. - Although I understand the need for guest safety, it would be helpful to have a microwave, especially for families with young children.

My family and 4 other families were here over during spring breaks for our kids. We all had a fantastic time here at Vinpearl Resort and Spa, Danang. The hotel services (front desk staffs, house keeping staffs, pools staffs, and restaurant staffs) were very help and provided us with such great service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were so good, our kids enjoyed it very much. Que Nguyen, who is one of the Manager at the front desk was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel such a memorable one. Myself and the 4 other families have all agreed that Vinpearl Resort and Spa met all of our needs and we would recommend it to anyone who want to stay there. Thank you again for everything Vinpearl Resort and Spa!!!

The worst experience I ever had. I stayed in 3 roomed villa here. HOWEVER on second I found out that thousands of ants were in our room. The worst thing was that the ants even crawled in our suitcases. What was surprising was that although I did complained about ants on the second night to hotel, I had to experience seeing ants third night again. I was so disappointed to hotel due to their inappropriate correspondence. Because they were busy with giving me options that were only favorable for them(ex. discount for spa, upgrading the room next time I visit them) . As I massed up my two nights in my resort, I wished to get more appropriate reward from them. As it was impossible for me to make a common ground with the resort while I was staying there, so I asked them to send a mail after thinking about more propriate reward for me. HOWEVER, although it had been 2 weeks after I came back from Vietnam, I still did not get ANY mails from them. I hope that the resort learns more about corresponding their guests' complains appropriately.

Overall, I was satisfied. I thought it would be boring to use the buffet all day because it was a full board, but I was very satisfied. However, on the second day when I went to the dinner course, the amount of food was too much because I had too much sheep. Although the main pool is small, I think it is enough to enjoy. The disadvantage is that it is not private because the pool is completely open. Kids club was disappointing because facilities were not varied. It is a good place to play for a while. However the staff in the kids club were very kind.

    1. hotel- pretty good for everything that is utilities, view of resort (pool). before i visit, i send e-mail for what i want. they treat service for me. it is so good place but price is expensive. 2. pool- there are private pool and public pool. both of them is good condition. And also there beautiful beach in front of public pool. please don't expect emerald the ocean. 3. too wide resort. that's why needing for waiting buggy car. sometime more 5 min. 4. there is no grocery, restaurant near hotel. 5. 15~30 min by taxi to downtown.
