We had one of the worst experiences here for staying at branded hotels. As the formal name of the hotel suggests, it has a convention center next to the accommodation area and sometimes has a group of business people. Unfortunately, a conference was held during our stay. That's acceptable. They had an evening party in the pool area. That's also acceptable. However, they started karaoke using plural microphones from the middle of the party and shouted out songs with intolerably noisy and out-of-tone voices for four hours! During that period of time, all private customers had to endure huge noises across the whole hotel. Also, the hotel never tried to warn some conference participants who were totally drunk and smoked in non-designated areas in the vicinity of the pool. The hotel's attitudes to disrespect individual customers and put a higher priority on business group customers totally ruined our experience that we had hoped to have before our trip. We feel like we lost all the time and money for traveling all the way from Japan to Vietnam. Considering the risk that you encounter such a business group, I recommend you to avoid this hotel and choose other branded ones nearby focused on private customers.

The hotel has amazing general facilities and helpful staff, but the rooms are small and they are clearly trying to be as cheap as possible wherever possible. Things like no air conditioning in public spaces, Kleenex where there should be paper towels to dry hands, etc. Our room was very warm, and rather than try to fix it, or offer a different room, they just asked if we wanted a fan. It feels like a 3 star resort pretending to be 5 stars.

I stayed here during COVID and practically had the place to myself! What a beautiful property. The infinity pool stretches almost a football field! From check in to check out, the service was amazing. I forgot I had status with Bonvoy and they upgraded me to a suite with an ocean view! It is a bit farther out from town and popular beaches but it wasn't that bad to go back and forth. Both the pool areas and the beach are great places to tan and hang out. I was told the property is less than 3 years old and it definitely shows. The gym is REALLY nice. And all the equipment is high end and new. They have a smith machine if you're into big lifts. The studio space is also well done.

My partner and I travelled here from Australia stayed for a total of 2 nights. From the minute we arrived - we received a poor experience. There were no greetings, no assistance with our luggage and no air conditioning. We were escorted to our room - the room we booked was a double Queen room and to our surprise, there were 2 x King Single beds. My partner called Reception and was advised we would receive a call back - which we didn’t. We decided to take matters into our own hands and head down to the Reception again. We were provided a new room with a King Bed. On this night - I also enquired about a dinner on the beach as I had plans to propose to my girlfriend the following day. This did not eventuate due to the weather predictions. They weren’t able to offer any other alternatives other than a “private dinner” in the restaurant. I then requested a floral decoration in our room following the proposal. The following day arrives - I went to Reception as requested to provide them some notice for the bed to be decorated. 2 x other people push in line in front of me - to which the staff blatantly ignore my frustration at this whilst they serve the other people. 20 minutes pass and my girlfriend is waiting in the restaurant while I make these arrangements which should’ve taken no more than a few minutes. The proposal was done off site and she said yes! We arrived back at the hotel for our dinner - which was not private as promised. It was held in the main dining area. A couple of items were missing from our order however, we were happy to turn a blind eye to this as we were quite pleased with the staff member who served us. By this point - disappointment was expected anyway. The day of our check out we went to Reception to speak to the Manager. She listened as we calmly provided the feedback. She did absolutely nothing otherwise. Overall, for an international brand hotel - we were deeply disappointed. This was meant to be a joyous occasion, however, I left frustrated and upset. My now fiancé, also feels this and it is a shame the hotel was unable to do anything or at least provide some compensation. Needless to say - we will be back in Vietnam due to our heritage however, would not consider or recommend staying here. We’re off to the Intercontinental today and hopefully, this will make up for the disaster we experienced here.

Very normal hotel. I’ve never seen such a low level Sheraton hotel. All is for their working effectiveness and customer is 2nd priority for the hotel. Breakfast is also very normal about food and staff quality. Service call to reception is always busy. And only a few facilities are available during this time. It can’t cover the location disadvantage. Bathtub is useless because the hot water is not hot. Otherwise we have to take a tub with cold water. In room dining finish early (around 10pm), but not restaurants around the hotel. It’s very risky when you choose night flight. Not recommended at all unless the price become cheaper.

We love this hotel so much that we keep coming back! The rooms are spacious and the views are spectacular! There are many fabulous restaurants to enjoy as they offer many different types of food . Everything is so delicious! We absolutely love the pool and the gym for great workouts. Most of all, the entire staff is exceptional! We appreciate everything they do for us every day. Highly recommend this gem for a peaceful place to relax and rejuvenate.

We booked a family trip to Danang and chose Sheraton for its kids pool play area and infinity pool - both lived up to expectations, even if it does get a bit hot on sunny mornings as the resort gets the full brunt of the morning sun and there's not much cover around the pool. Staff are generally friendly - some stand outs were Ms Huong at the buffet breakfast who recommended F&B choices and remembered our family and stopped to talk, even when they were extremely busy; also the pool guard Mr Huong who helped set up our poolside dinner even though it was last order. Hotel food is pricey as expected (especially compared to outside options, but these are about 1/2 hour car ride away) but the quality is good - more Vietnamese/local choices would be appreciated rather than just Western style food.

I am really enjoy the breakfast buffet in the hotel, it was 5 days stay, then I have change to taste many disks in the menu. What I most like is the Tuna Noodle - Đà Nẵng style, very fresh fish and amazing soup. The service team is amazing also.

Stayed here about 6 months ago, staff were amazing. 10/10 resort But the best thing… the room service margarita pizza. Me and my boyfriend have not stopped talking about it since. Nothing has ever topped it.

An excellent beach resort which definitely deserves five stars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, service was great, and we loved the huge pool and private beach. It was very quiet in July (low tourist season) and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside was the location, as you'd have to take a 20-min car ride to get to the city centre.

My family (3 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay here. The service is great, many staff speak English well, the infinity pool is beautiful but one adult did get cut on her foot from loose pool tiles. The morning buffet was great but the rest of the food is okay. We mostly ate hot dogs, fries and pizza on the daily as a result. The grounds are extremely well maintained and pool is gorgeous and the kids enjoyed the kids club. Loved the kids slippers and robes which were included in each room. The beach restaurant was unbearably hot to eat in as the air con was broken, but the fans helped us through the meals. Location is great, 30 min taxi from Hoi An.

Experiencing the breakfast buffet at Sheraton was delightful. The food selection was extensive, high-quality, and suited my taste perfectly. The staff was enthusiastic, friendly, and made a great impression from the moment I stepped into the restaurant. They were very welcoming, especially Oanh Tran, who not only inquired about our breakfast but also offered helpful promotions from the restaurant and hotel. I'll definitely return next time

Nothing to do at the resort. Overcast and raining at intervals. No adult activities. Children activities charges at overpriced rates. Overpriced meals at western world 5 star prices. Movies with constant interruptions with ads. Would not recommend coming here at this time of year. Wanted to charge for some milk for coffee in the room. Queen sized beds are in fact double beds. Don’t bother coming here.

What a lovely property and service! We were there for Christmas time and the decoration was great. There was buffet dinner arrangement. Would be nice to have some Christmas celebrations music or event for a lively night.

Beach front resort with beautiful view. Calm place with huge infinity pool. Best place for families as they have kids play area for all ages of children. Breakfast was excellent with Indian corner.

Gorgeous beach. The infinity pool is spectacular, was visiting as a Marriott Bonvoy member and the customer service was excellent. We got upgraded to a suite and the hotel staff even prepared a small birthday gift for us. Keep in mind that it’s a resort to unwind and really far from the city centre and all local restaurants alike. A plus is you’re closer to Hoi An. If you don’t mind a 20 minute drive to the centre every time you want to go out then this is the place for you.

Nice service with great ocean view. We ordered for the seafood combo and wine. The food was okay and enough for 3 pax but the taste of wine was light as since 2021. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Smiling around.

The hotel is fantastic. The location awesome. They have basically their own perfect beach and one of the best and largest pools in APAC. The service has been great. The rooms great. Only reason to not give five stars is restaurant. This resort is huge and a bit outside of town and need LD to have a much better variety of food and shops on site. Don’t get me wrong the breakfast restaurant is very good with good variety. The only the restaurant by the beach is nice and has really good menu with some options and delicious local food. But that’s it. After you have eaten at both a couple of times it becomes boring. The Grill restaurant apparently is shut down. And the breakfast place only does breakfast. We think there should be more options for this size of resort and some more shopping on site. Then can be a resort and keep you here. Now we go out a lot. Rooms are ice and clean and have good satellite TV and other amenities. We do recommend the hotel for sure. Only wish for more great Vietnamese food.

Loved my stay at Sheraton Grand Danang! Had an amazing welcome for my birthday and great attention to details. The Suite was amazing with a very comfy bed. Sunrises from the pool were absolutely incredible and the pool is so huge that you’ll always find a quiet spot to workout or chill. Had a lunch at La Plage restaurant, and the seafood plate was absolutely perfect and all the food and drinks very good. Breakfast was delicious too, with so many choice and the personal working there was so kind and was making sure everything was perfect (and it was!). Will definitely come back! IG: @emmysroads

Room was nice and service was great. The only down side is our lunch took a while to prepare and one couple orders got lost but it understandable because came in a large group of people. The hotel went out of their way to apologize for us all and make us some treats. My husband and I are grateful for their service.

Pleasant resort. Good area location, and the adjoining beach is really nice. It's shallow a long way out in certain areas, so can walk out at least 50m from shore. Lovely, big infinity Pool for those who don't want to swim in the sea. Has 3 restaurants. Service staff are excellent. Only wish there were more vegetarian options in the restaurants. Also note that it gets super hot here, half an hour out will give you a tan. Close to other areas of interest like hoi an, bana hills, all within an hour drive for day trips.

Had a great time here. Very good amenities. The pool is amazing! Nice beach access. Good spacious rooms and very courteous staff. They could improve some of the food/ restaurant options though.

04.2021 It was wonderful stay. I can't forget its pool. Very long and beatiful Every nights open special event in weekend. Room condition? You don't have to hesitate. It's the Sherton. Only one thing advise for hotel is - In holiday you have to make some options for breakfast. I didn't expect that I must wait for that. I understand it was big holiday in vietnam, but it could be better.

Great stay, great staff, awesome pool and room. Food is top notch too

A well 5 star Marriot property with: + stunning giant 250m & infinity swimming pool. + water & dry playground. + Kid-room & playstation room + pizza making session for kids (great for family with kids) + special program like Spa day ($45), swimming day ($10), lunch set (photo, $25) for non-staying guest.

We experienced an unhappy incident with the bath room but overall it is a good experience with the hotel. The staff is nice and supportive. The view is fantastic. The food is not so impressive.
