The staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and they go out of their way to cater for vegetarians. The room was comfortable, bright and airy. It had aircon and lovely soft pillows. There is an outside pool which is very clean. The staff helped organise trips and recommended places to visit.

Food is very delicious, Restaurant is very clean, Service is good, excellent staff. The hotel is close to the beach, spacious and green. will be back!!!!

The staff service were excellent. When we arrived at the hotel, room was arranged, they even upgraded my room. Room was spacious and very clean, lovely comfortable bed with great seaview. Location is great too. 5min to walk from hotel to the beach. Great breakfast. A nice outdoor-pool

Greated by a wonderful door opener, who patiently helped our "older-generation" parents how to properly use the room equipment, what are free and what not. Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom, but no socket near the bed. View to beach with chairs to enjoy the scene. Average size swimming pool. Above average breadfast, food and juice are very slow to refill. Spacious waiting lounge with socket. Ground toilet's odor is horrible. Convenient location, 3 minutes walking distance to beach, 1 minute to gift shop, 5 minutes to bistros area.

Location is not perfect, far from the beach. The hotel room uses glass bottle for shampoo and body wash and easy to break into pieces, dangerous for children. Be careful as you must be paying for it.

The best stay during our trip was this hotel. Located just 2 mins away from the beach. Huge rooms... damn neat and clean..big washroom..ocean view..balcony.. comfortable beds... Lavish buffet breakfast...only gooooooodssss.. thankyou

We stayed in the ocean view room which was quite spacious and clean with a full sea view. Nothing great about the overall hotel as far as the aesthetics are concerned but a good deal at the price we paid. The hotel is not at the beach as may appear in some of the pictures but it is at a 5 mins walkable distance from the beach. This hotel is centrally located & there are multiple mini marts and restaurants nearby. Decent breakfast with few options for cakes and pastries as well. Though language can be a barrier at times if you request something specific but overall it's manageable as the staff is quite helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable stay however, the hotel felt more like a place for corporate events and less touristy not sure if it was because of the off season (we visited in December). We also felt it was under-staffed, especially at night. The staff was kind enough to arrange for a scooter as well on our request with a reasonable price.

Do not book to stay here. They are currently running a scam where they list their hotel on all major websites during busy periods and then the hotel staff give a myriad of fake excuses why the hotel cannot facilitate your booking. Among the causes given to us (in order as we began to escalate the issue) -the hotel is under renovation and not open yet (something which became quite obviously not true as people checked out while we stood there, prompting a new lie) -the hotel is currently under the ownership of the vietnamese ministry of defense and cannot be booked (seeing as we saw small children running around, I don't think they have officers that young) -the ex-owner is a scam artist who places their hotel online to trick tourists, they have rang the police but the police do nothing (they have a review from 4 days ago on google, seems awful convenient) And so on and so forth. The reception staff this entire time mostly sat on tiktok and took selfish, the manager a gruff looking man in a shirt came down but would only talk to them and not to us. At no point did we raise our voice or shout (we are not those kinds of people) but he still said he did not want to talk to us. Please Do avoid
