When I checked out, the receptionist suddenly told me in a very high-handed manner that my towel was very dirty and I had to pay 220k (10$). (Actually, it was just a little color fading on my clothes.) I was very disappointed in their attitude. It was my last bad memory in Da Nang. Furthermore, I did not get a statement for my towels. This is a bad feeling hotel that takes money from customers by making complaints. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is located on the north side of the beach, a bit far from everything else so you would need a taxi. Some of the staff is not very good at english, however we made it work and they were so nice and friendly and if I would come back it would only because of them. I didn't get the room I booked, wanted a balcony but didn't get one but got a good view, however the windows are sooo dirty its a shame. There is no sound insulation from the outdoors, you can hear all the waves from the ocean, all the traffic so I hade to use earplugs when sleeping. The bed was big and okay but the pillows are not right, on other pictures I see bigger and white pillows but not in my room. The vanity and shower/toilet area was a weird layout and not a very good one. The breakfast was pretty good and there was almost no people there so you could sit there alone and watch the ocean.

Overall good experience with this hotel. I was really impressed by the breakfast buffet of this hotel Location: A bit far away from the center of the beach. However, it won’t affect much as we take Grab to travel around anyway. Construction sites are just next to the hotels. Noisy during the day. Room: The room is fine. WiFi is fast. Room is clean. Just disappointed by the sea view from our room as it is blocked by the wall decor of the building. Please see the photos. Breakfast: Amazing breakfast with lot of choices. Both western and eastern cuisine are provided. Kids room: My kids loves the kid room. We spent hours there. Pool: A bit small but it is fine. 0.4M to 1.6M deep. Nice view. Staff: Staff are friendly and professional. Spa & massage: My wife loves the spa and massage a lot.

I came here in July 15 '2022 . I didn't check pillow cover ...next day in the morning...I checked it ...smell was so.bad. ... it mean they didn't change new one for us ( I had 2 rooms ,) , toothpaste isn't enough for use it ....very small one .. today when the staff came to clean room up ..I.asked them to wash some cup in my room ... after they washed they used dirty pillow cover they wipe them. That's terrible sevice .I did ask a staff ." Why you used the dirty pillow cover to clean all cups ... she answered so soft i couldn'there ..then she went out fast of my room ..the air-condition machine is leaking inside the room ... . That's terrible

Amazing view. Great staff. Very good location. They upgraded our room free of cost. Buffet was okay.

While they offer sea facing room, theres a huge banister type of structure right outside the window that blocks most of the view and this is for every room. The water bottles offered are tiny in size as well. The bathroom layout is poorly designed that gets water on all your clothes and the floor.

Do not ever come to this hotel. No buyers or takers for this hotel, we came here because our travel agent booked it for us, we had a horrible experience. Till night 11.30 pm we were struggling to get our room sorted. They have no staff, no food, ac don't work, the lobby is dark, hotel rooms stink, i don't recommend this place for even the animals. Don't go by paid review and get cheated yourself.

A very brand new and clean hotel 🏨. I highly recommend this hotel because they provide exceptional excellent service and the sea view from the hotel is spectacular. This hotel is very near to the giant goddess of mercy, Kwan Yin temple. The reception is very helpful and friendly. I would also like to complement Massage Therapist Tham. She have passion in her work and she speak very well in English too. She knows her job well and even give me suggestions on my trip. A hotel that you won’t regret in terms of excellent service and good variety of buffet food. Thank you the code hotel and spa team for a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Buffet breakfast is poor, even 7:40 am . No foods, everything is empty. Room is so so, Air conditioner alway shut down after 1 hour always. That's so bad. I don't recommend hotel anymore.

Good view with window, but the glass is not clear. What a pity!

If your local come to this place!!! If your A foreigner come to this place highly recommended cheap places for the right amount!!!! Penthouse is two beds for 4 people can sleep for under $100 what a deal!!( top floor) Per night best price I got was $75 make sure you go on Agoda better rates!!!!! Best small rooms are $10-40 a night depending on season!

Just been to Da Nang and lived here. Excellent support service, beautiful view up the sky bar and swimming pool. Reasonable price. Highly recommend:)

Had a lovely couple getaway here at The Code. Staff was genuinely friendly and dedicated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very cleanly. We also did not expect the complimentary breakfast to be so deluxe. Wonderful experience, will definitely be coming back.

Oh The Code! What an amazing stay we had there, everything thing was just perfect, Our room was beyond amazing. Deluxe double room with balcony sea view. The breakfast Buffet was 5 stars, the cleanliness was A1 and it seemed as though we were the first guests to stay at that room. At first they gave us a wrong room and we had to wait almost an hour to solve the issue but to fix the mistake they offered us two rooms; and the one we chose was even better than the one we had originally booked and they kept apologising for that. They offer free bicycles and also motorbike rent. The pool was perfect, It felt as though we were flying :D, we swam at 6 am and there was no one but us which was very convenient. They offered free 30 minute foot massage and 20% discount on other Spa services. What Can I say it was just perfect and we were extremely sad to leave.

The hotel is new, has a unique design and offer great privacy. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was well decorated and has an unobstructed view of the sea. The buffet was very delicious and the view of the dining hall was breathtaking. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has good points and bad points. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff are very nice. The bathrooms in this hotel are WEIRD and I didn't like them. The pool is very small and always crowded. The room was rather dark and dreary. I wanted a hotel with a luxurious feel. The room was so plain and stark it didn't feel luxurious or special. I had a terrace with a beach view, which was great. On my last day I went to the hotel spa to get a package offered by the spa that includes a facial and steam room/jacuzzi. At the spa I was told the facials were not available and that the jacuzzi area was under construction and unavailable. I spent 3 days looking forward to this package, so when people check in maybe staff could tell guests that the spa is not fully functional. The WiFi was pretty good and they have HBO on available, which was great as I got to see Game of Thrones!!!
