I booked this place by accident, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. (I initially thought it was a 4-star hotel.) The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and local restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities aren't very modern. However, if you're a budget traveler, this is an excellent choice, as you still get hotel services like house keeping.

Absolutely everything. The staff at the Aria grand were the highlight of our stay. All were extremely friendly and helpful, with a particularly big thank you to Tam, who booked us a discounted cab and always greeted us with a smile, even when we requested to use the fire stairs rather than the lift. The rooftop pool was immaculate and our room was amazing. The gym was basic, but was a nice quiet space to do your own thing. Location was another big plus, being walking distance to everything on the beach side. Thank you to the Aria grand hotel team. You made our stay amazing and we will definitely be back.

The staff are super nice,polite and bend backwards to make your stay ias comfortable as they can. The bed pillows and sheets were very comfortable The breakfast has a large variety of dishes,tailor made for south Asian guests. They are well fed. Not so for Europeans. The picks are very slim. But they did their best to supply us with extras. The girl in breakfast was amazing. So we're the GM and the front desk manager. Everyone was super nice. Had a great five night stay here recently. What impressed me most about the hotel was the staff. Despite covid having put the damper on much of tourism in DaNang, with many hotels having had to cut staff and then rehire new people now that Vietnam has reopened, the staff here were all professional, and seemed experienced and were very friendly. It was quite refreshing to come into a nice, clean hotel where everyone knew what they were doing and made you feel welcome. Exceptional stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are very new and very clean! They look just like in the photos. The pool and gym is in perfect condition, but what really blew me away was the service! The check in process was simple and Jenny was very welconing and explained everything to me, and could even recommend me so many places to go, and how to get there! The breakfast buffet is good. Mostly Asian based food, but that is understandable because I noticed most of the guests were korean. Eric was very helpful and friendly! I stayed here for 14 days, and I felt that I was very safe, and the staff was always happy to help me! Special thanks to Jenny and Eric for making this stay so comfortable for me!

Beautiful room (could've used more furniture, only came with 1 chair 1 tiny cabinet and no drawers!) with gorgeous view. Price was mediocre at 1.1m vnd. Plenty of Staff, all very nice and friendly. Free breakfast was very nice and satisfying with eggs and phö cooked to order. Nice new clean pair of small saunas and steam rooms. Nice clean pool. Bidet pressure in whole hotel was weak. Shower drain couldn't handle long shower and overflowed under shower door (but just proceeded on to second bathroom drain). There was a slightly cheaper room for 900 a floor below us with a water view (not quite as nice as the city view we had). That room had a bathtub and came with a kitchen. We opted to stay in our room as we'd settled and liked the view. In response they enabled the cooking surface so that we could use the kitchen in our room. Still considering the bathtub option... After traveling around Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore I've upgraded my rating of this hotel. I returned to this hotel when I returned to Danang at the end of my travels for it's welcoming, friendly staff, hotel manager Eric standing out as especially friendly and accommodating. They offered to pick me up with a private car from the airport, always made sure the hotel bikes were ready for me to use when I ventured out in the evenings, responded to any requests I made immediately, just all around super fantastic. The buffet in the morning leaves me happily satisfied all day. The gym could use a little more equipment, perhaps a full dumbbell rack and proper adjustable weightlifting bench. The bidet sprayer could still use more pressure. But I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone visiting Danang!

This is probably the best hotel you could stay at on the whole strip. The staff is amazing, the food incredible, the surrounding area is filled with markets and restaurants. We were treated like VIP guests! Dennis, Emma, Jack, and Patrick were the main staff members that catered to all our needs, we will definitely be coming back!

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. They very kindly upgraded my room and it was very special. Glass balcony, kitchenette with induction hot plate and huge bathroom! The other reviews mention about the ongoing construction in the area - It's true. I was told it would likely continue for the next year (until 2020) but it's not deafening and stops at night. It's a good way to convince you to go out and explore De Nang during the day anyway! If you have a chance, stay here! It's a hidden gem!

MY FAMILY LOVED IT!! I was a bit frustrated because I booked last minute vacation for my family of 4 to Da Nang. I contacted Aria Grand Hotel with not much hope. But it turned out my best decision! - They have excellent customer service and very professional. They took care of my kids during our stay and were very very nice and lovely! - The hotel is fairly new so facilities are modern and great! - Food is always fresh and delicious, all my family loved it! - The roof top swimming pool is amazing. - Beach is super close. We went to the beach everyday! Overall, if you look for a safe choice of accommodation in Da Nang with excellent customer sevice and facilities, I will highly recommend Aria Grand Hotel 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room was very spacious with a large bed and the most comfortable pillows. The Wifi was fast and the TV had lots of English channels with good picture quality, and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is good, a few blocks from the beach, and there are lots of restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, we experienced hot water issues with two separate rooms that took a while to resolve. It was as if the hot water was turned off by default, and only by contacting them was the water turned on. We were also recommended a tour that had a lot of upsell in it.

We have been welcomed like VVIP, very pleasant staff always ready to help and they all speak English. Well situated from everything, room very clean, very clean and well maintain. The roof top with the swimming pool is really nice. Breakfast was just woaw, good and big variety on the buffet. Good service and good quality of food proposals. We spent a great time at the hotel. And will ensure to come back Will Also recommend the place to people.

I was saying with some family & end up getting three room. We clearly enjoy the luxurious theme of the room. Unfortunately there was a stain on my chair. I really like the the steam room and sauna available on the 12th floor. Unfortunately when I went to visit the bar and lounge on the 12th floor, the lights were turned off and no one was there. Not sure if it's my luck but when I went to the third floor to check out the fitness center and the massage and spa they were both closed and had a bike lock on them. In addition to that when I was watching TV, there was times when I was trying to change the channel and the TV either freezes or doesn't change the channel. This was an inconvenience. Lastly, what I notice was the elevator tends to close the door very quickly and there was a few times when I place my hand or leg out thinking the door would reopen, but it would not be reopen, and I would have to use force to pull the doo open. This seem very odd and inconvenient.

The staff were incredibly helpful and super nice. The room was, big and clean as well as fairly new. The shower was good and hot water was never an issue. Single bed size is exactly for 2 people enough. The swimming pool was nice with an amazing city view. It took 5 mins to walk to the beach. The Hotel massage is superb. Although breakfast is a buffet selection you get over 10 choices, but it wasn't the best and repeating the same thing every day gets boring.

I'm very happy to stay at this hotel. The staff are well trained and always ensure we have enjoyable stay with this hotel. Recommended to check out their roof top bar at happy hours, nice view and dinner at their restaurant. The food is delicious better than outside and excellent service. Breakfast have variety choice, local dish and great service too. We booked their transport to Bana Hills and to airport with reasonable price. I'm happy with their service.
