really like this hotel, the room was bright and clean with a small balcony. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the most upmarket hotel ive stayed at in Vietnam but definitely the best. Highly recommended

What an incredibly excellent services !!! I traveled Danang last week with my darling! Normally, I'm quite lazy spend time to write feedback for hotels or restautans. But Sofia Suite is the special hotel I must give them 5 stars, definitely! Location: It is very close to the beach, you won't be waste your purse for transportation to the beach, because the distance is only 200 meters to the beach from hotel. A lot mini-marts, restaurants surrounded the hotel, do not scared about your gastric! Haha Breakfast: Always fresh, always tasty. They serve Pho Bo (Traditional Noodle Soup with Beef), fried egg, scramble egg, omelette, Vietnamese coffee and tea every morning. All waitresses are super friendly and adorable! Services: I chose many services in Sofia Suite, like: Tour service (I went to Hue city and Cham Island by their tours), Car service (I visited Marble Mountain, Hoi An, Lady Buddha and Bana Hills), they offered for us the best prices and happiest drivers. Grateful to your drivers helped us for the past days. Organization: Every staffs always be FRIENDLY AND HAPPY. They obviously get +10 marks. No words to describe for your team, they are excellent! Languages are great, communication is confident, graceful, front desk is so zealous, enthusiastic. Specially, thanks to your front office staffs, you are connecting us to your Vietnamese culture, really joyful your helpful information. Finally, I am so excited for this trip in Danang-the city is worthy for living. Everything is PERFECT - BRILLIANT AND GORGEOUS. Good and reasonable price. The rooom is clean, breakfast is simple but nice and delicious. It is next to the best beach of Vietnam (I think it is even better Nha trang and Phu quoc beach), a lot of all kinds of restaurants.

The room is not well soundproofed. The very loud music from the local pub right next to the hotel got me woke up early in the morning and couldn’t go back to sleep as they kept playing music till noon. In the afternoon, another pub started playing music till mid night. If you want to have relax time, I don’t recommend this place. Or they should have solution for all the noises

Sofia Suite Hotel is a great introduction to Da Nang. Upon booking, I was contacted by the hotel to confirm my booking via email. Shows good customer service. The hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Room came with breakfast which is a small selection but with quality food. The usual hotel fare of fruits, salad, egg station, toast, tea and coffee plus a local dish of noodle soup. My An beach is within walking distance. No problem getting food nearby. In fact, my son and I liked the hotel so much, we checked into Sofia Suite Hotel again after our short trip to Hoi An

This place is of great value! With this room rate we were able to get a super big twin room + breakfast INCLUDED!!

Good location just 5 min to beach. Very smart Front desk speak English and Mandarin. Room excellent nice,we are 3 but room can stay for 4 paxs which is one queen bed and 2 twin bed.

The hotel staffs is friendly and cheerful to meet everyone in the lobby. And they are knowledgeable to share the local information to us. The location is walking to the beach and just one street behind away to get the delicious food, coffee and mini mart. We stay for 5D4N and the breakfast never repeat. And is super delicious! The toilet is clean and the cleaner is so efficient! We are highly recommend to stay in Sofia Suite Hotel for your DaNang trip.

Great hotel, we came back to this hotel after 2 years and its still an awsome hotel to stay at and only 2 bloks from the famous beach. Most people speak good english and they will help you day and nigth to make you feel like a VIP, they are allways smiling at you and ready to help/guide you if needed. I can only recomand this hotel, its close to beach yet on a quiet street, clean rooms and everthing working.

We stayed here for 3 nights and that was wonderful time the room are clean, comfortable. All staff are friendly and halpful. Restaurant are clean and delicios food Hotel location a bit far from main road about 50 meters but that was great because not noisy from traffic and you can sleep properly. The beach not far from hotel and have a lot of food on the way to beach.

Is been an amazing 6 nights stay at Sofia Suite in Đà Nẵng. You pay for a 3 star hotel but they give you a 5 star service. Especially warm and friendly hospitality by the staff name Hazel, Rose and another Chinese speaking staff I forget to ask her name. From assisting whatever I need during my stay, to my travel plan to Huế and Hội An. They also know where is best local food and cafe you can get in Đà Nẵng. The room is very comfortable and clean, really kudos to the cleaning team for making my room everyday. Also assisting on my laundry when I needed it. They serve good breakfast everyday too. I really feel like home here. They make my stay as one of the most memorable I ever had so far. Definitely will return to this hotel again when I was in Đà Nẵng. Thank you again to the team for helping me so much during my stay.

Great value and great views from our room 702 of the city and mountains. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was a little noisy from the restaurant nearby that’s open til 3a. When we checked in around 10:30p, our Expedia reservation didn’t show in the system and the front desk agent said they were sold out, which was not true as there was a family suite which he wouldn’t offer it to us at the same rate as the double room we booked which is understandable. So we kept urging him to find us a room because it was late after a late flight that was delayed and we just wanted to sleep. He finally gives us a room and it was nice. The next morning we had the breakfast buffet that was offered, which was an okay spread - soups, rice, rice cake, fruit, juice, coffee. One of the employees must’ve assumed I didn’t understand Vietnamese because she was saying to her coworker that she’s counted 3 times (he said it was twice which was the correct count) that I’ve gone up to the buffet. When we left, I thanked them in Vietnamese and said a few courtesies and the female employee turned red and muttered under her breath and mask that she couldn’t believe what she did. She didn’t apologize to me, probably too embarrassed. Anyway, I found it amusing, though other guests in my situation would’ve found it rude.

I don’t usually leave reviews for hotels but I felt compelled to give a great review. Location was great: close enough to the beach without being too noisy and had plenty of restaurants nearby. But the main reason I liked this hotel so much was the staff: so friendly and helpful. Welcome and farewell drinks and in between. One female receptionist is able to speak Chinese and even helped me call the railway station to find out info on getting refund on my ticket. Rented a motorbike from the hotel and it’s the best way to get around town. Room was not huge but sufficient and was very clean. Bed was comfortable too. Will stay again for sure. Highly recommended.

A wonderful surprise on a random booking in DaNang. Every single person on hotel staff was attentive and courteous during our stay. They really made us feel welcome. Hotel breakfast was also top-notch. Shout out to whoever manages this place.

Very good hotel. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Location is great, near the beach and convenient stores, La tiato restaurant upstairs of the hotel offers good and fresh food. Highly recommend to everybody!

Very good value for a 3 star hotel. My daughter commented that the room felt like almost a 5* hotel room. Staffs are super super friendly n so so responsive. Breakfast spread is good. Being a smaller hotel, we avoided large tourists groups, which is nice. A bridal walk to the Beach. Many convenient n coffee n restaurants around. Recommended.

Great hotel, room we had was small compered to others we stayed in but adequate, the staff are very friendly and helpful, but what makes this place is the food, breakfast and evening meals are delicious, we would stay here again.
