This is a really lovely hotel, it really surprised us. it has a touch of luxury despite having such a reasonable price. breakfast has a LOT of options for everyone, rooms were fantastic so luxurious. staff at reception very friendly, gym is okay :) overall a really lovely hotel!

Today I came across outrageous behavior on the part of the management staff of this hotel. To lie to your face that a colleague made a mistake with the price for breakfast and breakfast costs not 100k but 250k. THE BREAKFAST MANAGER MADE A MISTAKE THREE TIMES before today, which has been working there for years, judging by the reviews with her name. By the way, the name Gigi appears very often, because she begs guests for reviews about her, omg. And why they changed the price list for me? Because I eat mostly only meat. And instead of cooking more, they sounded the alarm and the whole gang quietly accompanied me to the reception, discussing how much meat I ate, in their understanding of course. So that you understand, I have been to many hotels for breakfast and the most expensive breakfast in a luxury hotel cost 200k. In THIS hotel you will not see any good cheese, butter (they use margarine instead), or good meat cuts. This is an ordinary cheap breakfast with not the best quality ingredients and slightly greasy dishes after washing. For comparison, for 300k you can have dinner in an unlimited buffet with lobsters and other seafood nearby. The staff of this hotel are pathetic, vile, petty people. I would be very ashamed to live and realize that I am such a pathetic person, like them. Disgusting.

Overall good experience. Clean, we’ll furnished rooms. Very good breakfast buffet with many options. Both Vietnamese and Western food options were good! Gym has a treadmill and some weights (could be better, but not important). We didn’t use the pool due to timing of the season (wasn’t warm enough). Staff was very attentive and helpful. So many friendly faces at the front desk (my apology for not keeping track of names). Trang aka Gigi the manager asked me often if our group needed anything. Everyone who worked there was great.

Stuff here is very bad... money has been stolen while o was having breakfast. It was my fault that I left my wallet in the room but pls be careful. Hope this comment can help others to avoid same victims. Extremely slow wifi so better not to expect home office. Room here is quite smelly... you can see cockroaches also sometime. Getting worse and worse compare to last few years.

I stayed at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel for 12 days in January. My stay at this hotel was among the best I've experienced in Vietnam so far. My room was clean, spacious and well lit. I fortunately had a view of the beach and enjoyed a bathtub for soaking after a massage or long day. The breakfast was varied each day and plentiful and I was able to enjoy it outside on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop pool was clean and sun-facing in the morning. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful for anything I needed. Gigi the manager was very nice and always available to help and offer suggestions and support. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at this hotel.

This was surprisingly good for the price we paid. The service from the staff was excellent. They helped us book tours, rented me a scooter and helped us with laundry. I’ve honestly gotten worse service at 5 stars all inclusives where I paid significantly more. Rooms were modern and clean.

Perfect place to spend your vacation in Danang, though the place is not sea facing its calm, safe and 5 minutes walk from the beach. I rented a bike from then drove the bike for 5 hours and paid 80k vnd which is not possible in any other place. The room is perfect, clean and all you need for a vacation. I would recommend any day this hotel and breakfast which is free along with package was 🤤 yum loved the noodles soup and other continental delicacies over here.

Great rooms for the rate, although we stayed due to the discounted cost. Service is good, and the breakfast offered has many options. Swimming pool was very nice, but not much room for seating outside the pool. This is a challenge of all infinity pools on a rooftop though so can't hold that against them. There is no mini-mart as described, I think it was taken out at some point. The spa is reservation only, especially during the pandemic. Same I believe for an old picture showing a bar or cafe on site. But there are plenty in the neighborhood. Great location overall, very safe and friendly. The spa across the street has great prices and service too. Around the corner f on some great food choices.

The quality of the hotel is beyond the price. Staffs are welcoming and friendly, and the room is superb and clean, with a scenic view to the beach. Housekeeping always offer to clean the room everyday. And the location is very convenient to reach to the beach or city center. Highly recommend this hotel to every tourist.

Great stay. Gigi was especially helpful in helping us navigate the city and Hoi An. She helped translate with our cab drivers all of our needs. Easy walk to good food and the beach.

Stuck there during torrential rain. Hotel staff were lovely. Hotel was clean enough. Pool was closed, but they offered to take us to another hotel if we wanted to swim Didn't see any reviews talking about breakfast but it was actually a really good spread! Vietnamese stuff, then also some bread and select baked goods. Staff working on a little egg bar in the corner for omlettes etc. Cereal, juices, fresh fruit. It was good! I thought the room was good, my wife was less impressed. She thought the bedding was a bit smelly. The bathroom is odd, as the shower water basically bounces off you and soaks the floor as the door thing isn't very big. We had a large damp stain on the wall by the window in room 707. Safe was locked by a previous guest and unusable. Good view though, I thought the bed was comfy, Aircon worked well, mini bar prices were fair. Not convinced it's a 4 star, but it was still really nice for the price.

Grand Sunrise Boutique hotel, One of the best hotels Ive stayed so far. With a beach view and very closeby to walk to head to a beautiful sunrise this is your perfect getaway a home after home. Everything was perfect and the hospitality was top class. Every detail they have taken care of was special. The welcome card in the room and the booking of room prior to our arrival was very good. Neat and clean interiors with anAll You can have breakfast for a very affordable price tag.... What else do you want!!! Also the Manager of breakfast... GIGI... Your lovely. Book your rooms soon.

We stayed at a room with double beds + a view for 3 days. Doormen brought out bags in and out of the lobby but no one brought it up the room. We had to do it ourselves. Breakfast was good. View saw the streets but it was alright we didn't need a beautiful view. Room was spacious, bathtub had a very high ledge we could be dangerous for seniors so be careful. They had a pool on the top floor which a lot of people used. There was a gym room at the bottom too but it was small and dark we would not recommend to go there alone. Overall, not bad for the price.

This hotel has professional, polite and friendly staff. From the moment we checked in, felt that it was just the place you needed to recuperate after days of walking around Hoi An and its busy streets. The room was spotlessly clean, beds comfy and the design made it comfortable and convenient like home. The facilities were well thought-through and particularly liked the breakfast at Level 10. There was a large spread to suit the most picky eaters. Staff there were also attentive and polite. The hotel was near to a number of massage spas. Went to SOKO Nails & Spa which was just 4 mins walk away around the two blocks. Masseur was best I had in Southeast Asia & a 90mins full body massage was only US21. They open from 10am-2am. So if you're looking for a good place to sleep deeply with no noise from other guests in hotel, and a good breakfast to wake up to, plus a dip in a rooftop pool, and a walk away from My Khe Beach and good body massage, choose to stay here. You'll have a much well deserved rest!

We stayed for 2 days at this place. It is located near the main street in Da nang. There are many hotels near to this place for stay. This is newly built hotel. Rooms are nicely maintained. Staff is friendly. Being pure veg we didn't had many options for breakfast but they made us Veg Noodles at our request. Overall we had pleasant stay at this place. We enjoyed our time at this place.

New Hotel central location to main attractions and near the beach, with friendly and attentive staff, rooms are modern and large with comfy beds, top deck pool and a well equipped gym,many eateries and convenience store close by..motorcycle rental and concierge. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed I for this price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great location (near the beach, a lot of tourrism services). Clear room and good facilities

Nothing much to write about. Rooms were tiny compared to the hotel nearby at same prices. Also seemed slightly older rooms. Went to the poolside at around 9:30pm and there was a large family driking and eating there. Did not seem like the guests rather friends and family of the staff perhaps. Then from 1am to 2am in the night loud noises from room next door, large group of people partying I guess. Finally had to go down and complain at reception - the guy was fast asleep and seemed a bit annoyed at having been woken up, but looked like he exactly knew which peoplpe/room were making noise as soon as I told him. This hotel is best avoided as for the same price you can get much better rooms in the vicinity.

It's great hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and enthusiasm to help you in any way. This hotel is very near the beach, only 5 min on foot. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were numerous including a pool and a gym. Breakfast was amazing, there was a large assortment of items to choose from, much more than a regular hotel breakfast. High recommend people want to find hotel in Da Nang

Great find! Very personalised experience. We actually came back for an unplanned second stay a week after our first. Back to Grand Sunrise; extremely lovely staff (Sally, Flora and those who sadly, we don’t have the names of) were really attentive. Very clean, very friendly, good breakfast. We were even upgraded to a junior suite on our second stay. Every interaction was a pleasure, and the free foot soak is a nice touch. If we were to return (for a third time!) we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Hidden treasure.

Awesome stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and even surprised us with a premier suite as they knew we were on our honeymoon!! Thank you so much for the thoughtfulness, really made our stay in Da Nang extra special. The free breakfast was probably one of the best that I’ve had in Vietnam. Breakfast is situated on the 10th floor and served from 7:30am-10:30am with a very nice view that overlooks the city. Comfy bed and a beautiful washroom with a glass wall that separates the bedroom and the bathtub.

Fantastic staff, reasonable rates. Shuttle service is available. The setting of the rooftop pool is extremely nice and relaxing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the beds. Bathroom floor quite slippery though. Really good breakfast. Pool was on the smaller side, but we were happy with it. Great service from the staff. Location was fine, only 5 minutes from beach. Only disappointment was thr fitness center: cramped, almost no equipment and out of order machines. Would still go back though, we had a good stay
