We had a reservation with them for 3 nights and after we arrived at the hotel and payed the reservation, they told us they overbooked the last night of our stay and they would pay for our night in the hotel across the street, which was cheaper, besides the hassle of having to check out and check in, etc. After we showed that we were not content, they didnt do anything to compensate for that, besides matching the booking price. It was a ridiculous way to deal with their error, thus i do not recommend anyone staying here, because they might cancel your reservation because they overbooked it. We were Lucky to have found another hotel for the 3 nights, because we were not going to stay in a place that does not know how to treat their customers.

This place is too good for our vacation. Receptionist is very kind and support us very much. Roms are clean and comfortable. We love da nang and Sen boutique hotel, see you next time.

Booked this hotel via Agoda after reviewed the comments (almost high recommendations) , but the staff tell me that their rooms are fully occupied and send us to another hotel in the opposite. The opposite one is an old hotel and have bad smell in the room. We are very disappointed on this arrangement and cheat us to book this hotel.

After a late night flight, I arrived at what I thought was my hotel. Walking into the reception, I was greeted by someone who then proceeded to yell at me that there were no rooms very rudely. I showed him my booking confirmation, and he looked over it and then rudely told me there were no rooms again, and gave me a phone number to call before walking away to watch me struggle. I sat there in frustration thinking about what has gone wrong and called the number he gave me, to no answer. He got up again to yell at me that there were no rooms, despite acknowledging that he saw my booking. Finally after a heated exchange, he called another number. The person asked me what my name was, and then told the man my booking was on the table. It turns out the man didn't look at my name in the booking at all, he just looked at my appearance and judged that I didn't seem Vietnamese enough to be the person who's name is in the booking. I have a Vietnamese, name, I am ethnically Vietnamese, but today I felt disgusted and discriminated against, as well as unsafe and anxious for almost an hour for no reason at all. So, I couldn't tell you how good the room is because all I feel is hurt by what happen, but I think that the person who greeted me showed and unacceptable level of rudeness, unhelpfulness and just a fundamental lack of understanding of his job. He looked at my booking and didn't even look at my name. He left me feeling hurt and discriminated against. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I cannot recommend this place from my experience.

Very nice hotel. Location is good. Close to beach and other Downton attractions. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and with an excellent shower set.

Very good service. Very good furniture. It was clean. And had a good room service. But the best was the service overall. When you sit alone, they talk nicely with you or are very helpful about any questions or problems. We had the feeling that they really care about there customers. We would come back.Even when you come later out of your room they will clean it. Greetings from Germany.

I took their penthouse for my family of 5 adults. The place is a bit worn, but all is good and working including the jacuzzi. Staff are friendly and even arrange for us a 2 way trip to Hue Citadel at a very good rate. I just wish that they have 2 bathrooms instead of one.

Very small rooms, most of our rooms had ants - we were 18 people with 9 rooms and most had ants.

What a shame. We were so in need of some rest after working hard. The noise from outside ruined our night’s sleep. Our faith in the service when trying to speak to the staff about our concerns was met with neglect and ignorance. Certainly not what one expecting good customer service would expect. On booking a double room my wife and I were expecting a comfortable double bed. Not two different single ones covered with a sheet. Boutique normally arouses a sense of good nostalgia. Unfortunately not in this case I’m afraid.

Good things first - AC is good. Wifi internet is good. Breakfast food tastes good too (I love the omelette). Location near the beach. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. Let’s now go to the interesting part. I was moved to a different hotel on my first night because they told me my room was under maintenance. The hotel they moved me into was just across the street. It was an old building and it’s cheaper so it looks like I just got ripped off. I also needed to check in and out twice which was a hassle. I needed to adjust my itinerary for my second day because of this. I got back to Sen Boutique Hotel for my second night and onwards as expected. The room was small (which was manageable) and a bit dark for me. It could have used more/brighter lighting. The sink was outrageously leaking every time I use it. They were able to fix it quickly though. The pictures they post on their listings are full of deceptions. The breakfast is not buffet style which was advertised. You only need to pick one on the set menu. For my first breakfast, they let me wait for almost an hour for my omelette! I found out that they forgot my order on the list. The lady who took my order (from the reception in the morning shift who most of the time wears Ao Dai) was not even apologetic about it and as if nothing happened! They also don’t have a pool for all their guests. I was told that the pool posted online is just for the villa. This was a bummer because the buffet breakfast and the pool were the reasons why I booked here in the first place. They need to remove the photos of the pool and buffet breakfast on their listing because that is not true! If I could have known this, I should have just stayed somewhere else.

I had a lovely stay, with no trouble, everything works well and staff are kind and helpful. It's a good location in the very middle of the tourist area, so ther are many great restaurants and tourist services nearby. Beach is close too. Though there is occasionally noise from karaoke or horns honking, and have to be careful on the streets because they are crowded and rough. Rooms are good, I had a big one with a kitchen and microwave which was awesome, so much space. But the room walls could do with a top to bottom clean and touch of paint or decoration. Some areas in the shower could do with deep clean with scrubbing brush. The air conditioner is very dusty could do with cleaning. There was a nice breakfast which I thought was good value. It's felt luxurious to eat in the well decorationed lobby and leafy garden environment to sit in outside the lobby. Overall I really enjoyed my time here.

Good service. Room size is small but it's ok for 1 night stay. Overall recommended in budget friendly
