After
a
late
night
flight,
I
arrived
at
what
I
thought
was
my
hotel.
Walking
into
the
reception,
I
was
greeted
by
someone
who
then
proceeded
to
yell
at
me
that
there
were
no
rooms
very
rudely.
I
showed
him
my
booking
confirmation,
and
he
looked
over
it
and
then
rudely
told
me
there
were
no
rooms
again,
and
gave
me
a
phone
number
to
call
before
walking
away
to
watch
me
struggle.
I
sat
there
in
frustration
thinking
about
what
has
gone
wrong
and
called
the
number
he
gave
me,
to
no
answer.
He
got
up
again
to
yell
at
me
that
there
were
no
rooms,
despite
acknowledging
that
he
saw
my
booking.
Finally
after
a
heated
exchange,
he
called
another
number.
The
person
asked
me
what
my
name
was,
and
then
told
the
man
my
booking
was
on
the
table.
It
turns
out
the
man
didn't
look
at
my
name
in
the
booking
at
all,
he
just
looked
at
my
appearance
and
judged
that
I
didn't
seem
Vietnamese
enough
to
be
the
person
who's
name
is
in
the
booking.
I
have
a
Vietnamese,
name,
I
am
ethnically
Vietnamese,
but
today
I
felt
disgusted
and
discriminated
against,
as
well
as
unsafe
and
anxious
for
almost
an
hour
for
no
reason
at
all.
So,
I
couldn't
tell
you
how
good
the
room
is
because
all
I
feel
is
hurt
by
what
happen,
but
I
think
that
the
person
who
greeted
me
showed
and
unacceptable
level
of
rudeness,
unhelpfulness
and
just
a
fundamental
lack
of
understanding
of
his
job.
He
looked
at
my
booking
and
didn't
even
look
at
my
name.
He
left
me
feeling
hurt
and
discriminated
against.
I'd
give
0
stars
if
I
could.
I
cannot
recommend
this
place
from
my
experience.
