Spent a very enjoyable evening at Aagaaz. Wonderful ambience and excellent food

Hotel rooms, corridors, reception area, restaurant on first floor where I stayed with my family and relatives had cleanliness of highest order. Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner served to us was excellent. Banquet arrangements were very good, food served in the menu selected for guests impressed everyone with its taste. Entire staff of the hotel impressed my guests with their service and behavior. Thanks to team Agaaz for making my stay and daughter's marriage functions so great.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience (recommendable!). I The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath was a great way to end the day The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for The Managing Director who does a great here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We joginder and rama stayed are last २ nights we got every facilities with comfortable zone very nice corporation from entire staff we are girly thankful to the staff especially deputed at reception name Nikita shalu i hope they may be promoted as per their nice services to us next time when there again we while have chance to stay at Ludhiana we will prefer aagaaz again we thanks entire staff and good wishes

Room Service and Electricals are very bad. Only housekeeping staff is good. Reception Service and Food Service is aweful.

The hotel is good reason because the staff treat as like family specially Jassi paaji I feel like he is my brother I'll meet him again

I travelled with my wife and 2 years old kid on 01st Mar and stay their for a couple of days. We arrived early and the hotel staff was kind enough to provide us with early check-in and an upgrade to the premium room category. Pros and Cons are mentioned below. Pros 1. location is very nice most of the important places are within a radius of 5-10 km 2. Hotel staff is very polite, always serves with a smile, very proactive, always ready to help etc. 3. Ample car parking space 4. breakfast buffet has a limited no. of varieties but who cares about numbers when the available food was excellent in taste. 5. Food is excellent. Cons During my stay, I really didn't find any cons but a suggestion to management if they can develop some area for kids activity. I went to 3rd floor but area was not that ready for 2 years kid. thanks team for great and memorable hospitality. we will see you soon.

Nun of the room are sound proof , was so annoying for me to sleep the hotel staff is not active at all they were talking so loudly that I can hear in my room even when they were closing the doors feels like fighting, no recommendations for agaaz , there is so many good hotels in this budget , such a waste of money. Room service is horrible if you will call for something they will ignore your 1st call u have to call twice.

Food was light and tasty, rooftop sitting was great ,service and live music was exceptional

Rooms were amazing - Big and clean. Even breakfast was above average Just the location is a bit off from the main areas. Overall 4.5 stars

I have stayed comfortably, and it is considered one of the cleanest hotels in Ludhiana. Their services are excellent, and the restaurant has a variety of dishes.

I recently attended a ring ceremony event at Nawazish banquet hall. The service by Mr. Jassi Singh and his team was top notch. They were swift, attentive, polite and served with a smile. Mr. Jassi was on his toes throughout the event and maintained the kind of energy that can be sponsored by Red Bull. Food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for any event. My only recommendation would be to guide the service staff on NOT picking up the food plates too quickly as in some cases people get invited to click-a-pick OR to do a chore, so educating them about when to pick-the-plate and when to just cover-it-with-a-tissue for the guest would save some wastage of food. PS: I didn't stay there so I didn't want to rate the rooms. However, for posting the review, I'd to specify the rating for rooms as well, so please ignore that rating.

Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of immediately responding to any of our requirements in addition to keeping the room and it’s amenities always in desirable condition. We will certainly choose AAGAAZ again in the future due to their excellent service.

Very good and glorious hotel which i have ever seen and also all the staffs behaviour are good and for which we get good feeling like luxurious from the hotel his location is also good for vacation........

This is my 1st visit to AAGAAZ. I have experienced a very good ambience, the staff seems to be very accommodate polite ., the relation manager MANJEET KAUR is very cooperative , helpful and efficient. In future I recommend this Hotel to all my friends and other Business associates.

Good and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. We were there for a day only. Booked the rooms with breakfast. Breakfast was decent too. Overall was a great stay.

My wife called up the hotel at around 1 pm to confirm if they can provide the room before 2pm check in time and the girl at the reception talked so rudely "aapne online booking karwayi hai mam wahan time nai padha aapne check in ka'? this is highly unprofessional staff and the management should get rid of such staff immediately

Very nice ambiance.. Roof top Location is also very pleasant and good. Food is good. Snacks were delicious. Good service.. No issues.

Hotel Aagaaz is a small hotel with around 40 rooms. The rooms are clean. The furnishings are normal. But my experience is that they didn't change linen after checkout. The bathroom is small. But the terrace garden is the only best part of this hotel. It looks good and is nicely done. The hotel is located in a sidelane and is not on the main road.

I had my Ring ceremony function in Aagaz on 14 of October. I was very happy and satisfied with each and every staff members cooperation . The food was beyond awesome . The quality was superb . It was a wonderful experience.

Though i was not a overnight staying guest, but part of a small wedding reception this month only,right from the word go, i have experienced the most professional attitude of each n everyone heading their respective subjects as a lot of components are involved in hosting a wedding reception, the decor, the food comprising of starters, soups, even main course were right up to the mark and the service was just superlative, the kind of experience i had was just amazing, each n every aspect wrt wedding till doli was just very well conceived and executed to the perfection, the whole team deserves a big round of applause for executing the function in most professional and sophisticated manner, hospitality was at peak with sumptuous food,Credit to whole team and management for creating such a marvellous place where guest can have best experiences of life. Well done!!!!!!

Room was clean n beautifully organised. Everything was okay except their breakfast, it was not tasty🙄 coffee's taste was worst. I have ordered dinner n they said they will provide only full plate serving not half plate. I told them to gave me half of it so that food will not be wasted n they agreed on it if i paid for full but eat half of it. So as I don't want to waste food so I paid for full plate n ate half🙄🙄🙄 They charged me 500 n something only for half plate of paneer butter masala which was too much... Too expensive.....

We had dinner, and we were a party of ten adults. Service and food quality are excellent. Veg and Non-veg options are plentiful, ample space for easy parking.
