I will give big zero to this place. And have so many reasons * Slowest service ever seen * u have to repeat a command atleast thrise to make it * Staff is busy in there own treat * Staff specially in yellow shirt argue with u if u says them that why r u not listening * cold food * unhygienic toilets and no exoct there. Toilet full of citrate smoke when I took my 5 year baby there. * no proper parking facility * Poor DJ system. And slow AC I'm totally fed up. Will never ever book yellow chilli again for any of our celebration.

Worst service by staff. No AC is working. Dishes not serv properly, even after so many requests. Staff is neglect ing our request. So I donnt recommend this place to any one. In same range with good service can get another place. Poor service. Unchi Dukan Fika Pakwan.

The yellow chilli chain run by Sanjeev kapoor lives upto its name. The food here is delicious. The super deluxe rooms are newly built and are great at the prices they offer as compared to the vicinity.

hotel is very famous near Ludhiyana. for a middle class family, the cost is a little higher. Food is average. Even the coffee and tea cost is comparatively more.

EXTREMELY slow service... even a masala papad took more than 30 mins !!! Ordered veg starter & gravy.. came back after 15 mins - this is unavailable... everything else if available 🙄

I visited this place on New Year's Eve, crowd was nominal but their rates are high. Without much of ambience, this place provides nice food. Update- Visited almost after 2 years. Service is better, ambience is better, food is pretty much the same, not so good, not so bad. Overall a good place in the central part of the city, where you don't have much of options. Rating - changing it to 3.5/5 from 3/5.

Food is of good quality and tastes great

The ambience and the service was wonderful. The cuisine was tasty and well presented. the Staff was very courteous. The only minus point which spoiled our evening was the lack of facility to make digital payments and insisting on cash. We then had to transfer the bill amount to one of the staff's mobile account and we seriously think that is an unethical practice. Otherwise a memorable dining.

Place is good and food was awesome. Good place for a family, couples and love birds to hang on. Light music, ambient lighting makes the mood to relax...😊

I just went to have lunch at the restaurant. We ordered one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian curries. The preparation was good. But the service was rather very slow and the washroom were not very clean. 2 points reduced just for those reasons. Other than that, all was good. 👍

Best family restaurant ...with delicious food n snacks

The service is pathetic. Despite saying several times, The staff doesn't provide you what's needed. They say water and towels are complimentary but when you enter the room there's not even a single towel, nor a water bottle. Also the staff is very unprofessional and untrained, looks like they can't afford good staff.

I am a regular visitor to Ludhiana, books d this place for a very first time. If you are looking for good food & service then place is good to go. Only suggestion to the manager and management of this property, kindly put more hard work towards the Ambience and cleanliness. Otherwise everything of this property is nice. Recommended to visit this place.

Worst food I ever tasted in my life today. It was too spicy that even you cannot try a single bite. Cheese chilly, manchurian, Paneer tikka every thing was made of Red chilly only. Would recommend no one to this branch. On the other side Yellow chilly sarabha Nagar is far much better in taste.
