Worst Service ever recieved. These people are slow as tortoise. It took me 3 hours to get my eyes tested. No one knows anything at this outlet. Wanna learn poor customer service? Visit them please.

This Lenskart store is inside VR mall. I recently visited there and bought two pairs of glasses. I was thinking to buy a sunglasses from last few days. Me and my friend was roaming in VR mall when I thought about to do shop for glasses from Lenskart. The staff was professional and they helped us a lot to choose the right set of glasses. They also provided free eye sight checkup. Fortunately my eyes were at full capacity 😄. They took the order and delivery was at store after two days. After two days they delivered and I get my glasses with cover perfectly. So overall experience was really good. Thumbs up!

I had ordered a spectacles , and there an offer of buy one , get one. The price for the same was around Rs 7000. But the quality of frames and also the glasses was very poor. It's not even 6 months and I think it's time to replace the spectacles. If I compare the traditional optical shops to lenskart, they have better quality and also offer better prices for the branded frames. Not recommended

I have good experience at lenskart store.I have gold membership of lenskart and get good profit with good quality of lenses and frames.There are variety of frames available which suites your personality.Here you get free eye checkup.Their service is so fast and their team is cooperative and do service with smile.

They charged me for lenskart gold membership for 1400₹ and didnt informed me about the same. When I came home and checked the bill then I found fraud have been done with me …

I visited at lenskart store.. In VR mall I met optometrist Saroj She explained me everything about present going offers and Eye test procedure.. I really liked her way of conversation I really appreciate her. I Must be visit again with my family & friends Thank you Saroj.

Today had a bad experience at this outlet. The girls were very unprofessional and certainly untrained. Eye test was not correct. Instead of 1.0 she was insisting on 1.5 power. They could not do the billing and were struggling with the computer for more than 40 min. The AC was not running. It was very hot inside. Me and my wife were sweating and very uncomfortable. Finally when the the girls cud not do it the male manager completed our billing. It took us about one hour for a 10 min job.

Good Quality glasses. Experience of product is extremely good and also at an affordable price like I bought 2 powered glasses only for 3500 only. Staff was also very good. Overall there isn't any issue and the experience was good.

I much appreciate the cooperation of staff and their dedication towards their job. The service was quick and I got my required time and assistance to choose from the various options of frames. Well lenskart has so much variety that one do needs assistance to pick the best one for them.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. They helped me with frame selection, Sumit tested my eyes thrice (twice before I placed my order and once again after my glasses were delivered) and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase.

First time I visited to lenskart , staff behaviour are not cool, specially one of them regularly behave unethical and they do not provide overall kit of lens protection. They provide after asking.. Literally bad feedback. Need a good staff behavior.

The frame was bent and lens came out of it. I went to the store and Vishal helped me and repaired the frame and fitted the lens into it within 5 minutes. Really thankfull and saved my money of buying new lens.

For the first time i went lenskart store and bought two spectacles and then the sales boy said it will be delivered to you address. Its over 2 weeks I haven't received my order, nor the store is picking call and haven't got any kind of help from customer service. This is the Worst experience . Never thought that such reputed brand will offer this kind of service.

I have a wonderful experience with Lenskart VR Punjab Mall. My wife selected specs frame and order was home delivered. After using specs for about an hour she started having headache and she presumed that it was because of the weight and shape of the frame. We went to lenskart VR Punjab and told them our problem. Without any question or argument they told us to select new frame and the order was home delivered in 5 days. We are really impressed by this type of service which we can get no where. I recommend them to all.
