Please never go to hero dmc if you want to save your loved one. They don't have any sympathy for patient and his family who lost his family member. They just want to make money. They didn't tell us condition of our patient, just making bills even after the package of treatment.

My mother, 88 years old, was treated here. She got the best treatment and recovered dramatically. I particularly recommend Dr Bishav Mohan. He is a wonderful doctor, thoroughly professional, polite, empathetic and a most valuable asset to the medical profession and the society at large. Seven stars to him.

My Wife was admitted to this hospital for cardiac related issues last month, for the first time. They inserted a stent in her main heart artery (due to blockage observed) and discharged her after 4 days, but she could survive for only 3 days after reaching home. Don't know medically what happened although doctors claimed everything went well and she will be fine for another 5-7 years. Don't want to blame the doctors as I don't know what really was happening inside her and it was our sheer bad luck, may be, as body could not adjust to the stent. We lost our family member and that matters the most. The worst factor is the junior doctors (who are reporting to main doctors) as they have so much attitude, are not really approachable, talk rudely, are confused / keep on changing their approach frequently. Attendants are already suffering during their patient's hospitalization and this approach further effects the morale. Further they have a very pathetic nursing staff. They are all new recruits, just experimenting on our family members, getting training at our cost, just heartless. My wife had scars and blood accumulations all across her body, her both arms, hands, nose (they hit her with something unintentionally, may be), stomach (they don't even know how to give insulin via syringes). They treat you as you are a stone. No feelings whatsoever. After paying so much amount daily in ICU's we get this level of care..Hospital needs to look into these critical issues and change this..and support patients in their difficult times..

There's no option for zero stars otherwise I would give these cheapsters a Zero. They don't have any value for human's life. They just give attention to money...nothing else.. I don't know how can they have this rating... They don't deserve it at all...They kept charging their fees (even after telling their whole package of treatment) when our person was dead but they didn't tell us anything... Doctors of this hospital are not doctors they are JALLAADS.

My father passed away over 2 years in this hospital and now I look back this hospital has zero interest in patient care or their recovery. Their only concern is too make as much money as possible from patients, especially the ones from overseas. They categorically refused to treat my father until I paid up front. I have come to the conclusion that the in bred greed of every person in this hospital accelerated my father’s death. He had similar illnesses in the UK and always recovered. All the doctors in this hospital portray greatness but in fact they are all driven by the amount of income they generate for the hospital. G S Wander thinks he’s some sort of superstar but in fact he is the most arrogant and rude person I’ve ever met in India. He doesn’t deserve this position as I am convinced his arrogance majorly contributed to my fathers death.

The opd is worst. Each patient has to wait for 4-5 hours before his turn comes. Although admitted patients are treated well but opd is managed worst. Chairs are few. And patients with high BP a nd other major complaints have to stand and wait for minimum four hours. they should have a floor supervisor for opd. And well managed opd

My mother died with in 3 months of bypass from this hospital by Dr. Rajiv Kumar. so Naam main kuch nahi rakha, Just another Money making shop. Save your loved member and Stay Away from this place. if you show them your insurance highly chances that you need Angioplasty with a stent. So be very cautious and double, triple check outside, if you have been asked for Angioplasty or Bypass. its real and happened to one of my friend. if someone gave you old reference that, they were treated 10 years back etc and went well, believe me at that time it might be good but now its Worst place for your parents or loved ones. One of them who was always busy in discounting patients to achieve his targets and numbers of operations, left this shop and joined AIIMS Bathinda.

Dr Bishav Mohan is absolutely a gem. Except one lady sitting out side the office and staff who report your entire medical history and vitals, every one was so nice and well behaved. But that particular lady about whom I spoke to the number of patients is absolutely ridiculous.Patient who are known to that particular lady are use to her behaviour, but the first time visitors are so scared to speak to her.She is absolutely rude, ill mannered and not fit for this Job.My visit date 25/07/2022.

They just “observed” my beloved mother die! It has been more than 3 months now but the trauma of my mom’s sudden passing still haunts me everyday. I keep asking myself what else we could have done to save her. Here’s what happened- 1. She felt pain in chest, back and abdomen in the middle of the night. 2. We rushed to a local hospital early morning. 3. As her oxygen level was low, they recommended that we take her to Hero DMC as it is the only heart speciality hospital in Ludhiana. 4. We took her there and she walked into the emergency room. She was very much in her senses and was walking and talking normally. 5. Hero DMC took her in and admitted her at 630am and they started diagnosis. 6. They administered oxygen to her and her oxygen level went up to normal levels quickly. 7.She kept complaining about acute chest pain throughout the day but all their diagnosis ruled out heart ailment. They did not perform any life-saving procedure on her throughout the day. They just kept “observing” her. 8. She stayed in the ER for the whole day and we met her last around 6pm. 9. Shortly after, they announced that she collapsed and they were not able to revive her. My mother was gone! She was in Hero Heart ER for 12 hours and even though she was having physical symptoms, even then the so called doctors could not even identify the problem, and this happened on a weekday. I visited the ER again on a different date and found that they just have resident doctors (trainees) run the show along with a bunch of nurses here. Senior doctors only come in case of emergencies! I keep wondering what kind of “emergencies” might be expected in a Heart Hospital’s “emergency room”?? It baffles me that the lives of our family and friends can end up in the hands of such irresponsible bunch of quacks.

Not a very good place to be if you don't want to be bankrupt don't go there they're not interested in treating the patient properly they are interested in money only. Doctor's in all over north recommends DMC looks Shady. Look. For some other alternative if you can. Because they are way too expensive

Very bad hospital. They are sitting there just for money.they had no human value. I gave only 1 star as there is no option for zero star. They are killing people there. They do not listen to any patient. They are just killing the patients there and making money. They had no fear of god. I suggest everyone plz do not come to this hospital. They are just doing business there. They do not attend patients on time . Very careless doctors.very very worst experience. I lost my mother because of them. They are only for money there.

It’s a part of Dayanand Medical College (D.M.C.) college and hospital which deals only with the heard patients. This is one of the best in the region. Though very busy it manages all the patients who come here. It’s not only a hospital but also a teaching institution where a DM Cardiology post-graduation degree is offered. The vehicle entrance is opposite the DMC entrance but one can approach it from the DMC side on foot. It's the best heart institute from northwest India to Delhi. 👍👍

We went there for my sister's VSD and it seemed all good till surgery. But post surgery, at discharge, on next OPD's, they don't hear properly as may be there is no scope of money now. Dr Wander and Dr Sarju handled the case and they behaved well, no doubt in that but we are unanswered on many questions about our case. I hope they are as they behaved and my sister will be fine. Little worried as we travel for 10 hours to meet only 50 seconds with Dr. Sarju. Will update review in next update.
