Excellent veterinary doctor and great staff. Dr Bhanu has helped me with my pets (pups, dogs) over prolonged periods, treated them for serious ailments and injuries. He knows what he's doing, his staff is on point, and most comforting, the clinics are very clean and well run. Everyone actually cares for the animals, even the maintenance staff.

The doctors are good, they have a lab as well. My dog was saved from a snake bite by them. I am really happy with the services offered by them

Doctors are nice , experts and treats nicely. They dont treat us like paying machine. Clinic is hygenic. They also has several things you can buy there with medicines. Gromming and bathing facility is also available. Staff was nice and polite. I am one of their happy customer from past 7 years.

I remember calling him the first time when Dexter, my dog, was hit by a rickshaw outside Inorbit Mall. It was just one day after Diwali and Dexter was just 45 days old. Since it was the festive season, there were no doctors in town, everybody was on a vacation.

For bathing, i would never recommend the Raya Modh branch of the clinic. It’s a formality of bathing, which you can do at home even better yourself. They won’t use brush to clean the dog while bathing Won’t clean the skin area without the fur (bottom stomach area) They would not clean the ears And were not even able to handle a non barking 4 months old golden retriever pup - let alone handling a giant saint bernard. It was a sheer waste of money and time for us. We had better equipment at home, but just for the sheer professional work we came here and were hugely disappointed. Kindly refrain from wasting your time and money in this facility. One positive aspect was that after complaining live at the centre, they at-least tried explaining the reasons of all the above (non of them justifiable though) but they did recommend that they can again give the bath if we require so, which of course we won’t considering the weather. NOTE: My complain is not regarding how the dogs are medically treated here but for the grooming. As i never had complain regarding how my other dog has been treated here which was good and life saving.

Made my pet very sick. He vaccinated and gave deworming medicine together to a 3 month old puppy. She has fallen very sick with gastrointestinal /gastroenteritis.. I don't who gives these stupid people a good rating. Couldn't even vaccinate a puppy. The worst. Only focus is money.. God help them.

I don't know about the doctor perse, however the way/location to the clinic is pathetic. You have to pay your vehicle somewhere and then walk through the Galis and market with your dogs to the clinic which is difficult with Street dogs on road. Moreover they don't have proper sign boards which will lead to the clinic and it's in the colony so no chance of your car to go. Over all not a nice experience with my dog..

Totally money minded staff. Instead of healing your pet they only focus on extracting maximum money from you. They will conduct unnecessary tests and give bogus injections to your pet. Basically they are surviving due to paucity of veterinary doctors in and around Jammu..

We have had pet Dogs over 30 years. Have traveled to and visited numerous Vet Doctors all over the country. We can say this with all the experience,Dr Bhanu is the very best you will find anywhere. His sincerity and deep involvement in each case is simply outstanding. We travel from Delhi with our dog only so that Dr Bhanu can treat him. This is not a post to please anyone simply a FACT…. Bhanu is the BEST

Horrible place!! My dog had loose motion and vomiting so we took him here later on he recovered after two days his hind leg wasn't working and when we took him here they said this is because of cold. Later on his all legs weren't working and he wasn't even moving his head. Doctors kept taking his unnecessary test and kept telling different different problem every time they weren't sure that they could save him or not, whenever my mom used to ask "theek toh ho jayga na" they said "madam kuch toh theek ho jate h aur kuch nhi hote hum toh puri koshish krre h" koshish? They should've done his ultrasound to detect the problem but they were even unable to detect the problem my mom even cried in front of them. They should've said that they don't know they can't save him but for money they kept calling us again and again. When we took our dog to another clinic the doctor said "iska liver bda ho rha h" just by seeing him and did his ultrasound and he knew that my dog had tick fever and his kidney was getting bigger as well and he also had stone in his kidney plus he had sugar but it's too late we literally can't save him we are seeing him dying infront of our eyes ik it means nothing to them but that dog meant a lot for us just because of them we are loosing him.

My pet was not well as pet was suffering from parvo But thanks to doctor he saved my pet Thank u Doctor Bhanu
