I was traveling to India, Itanagar from Europe, Hungary and while I was staying there my glasses broke, the lens fell out of its socket. I went there and they fixed my glasses for free of charge, and they took less than 5 minutes. Very professional. Next time I'm in Itanagar and in need of glasses, I know where to look.

Your technician has prepared my lens using my old frame specifications (PD, Axis, etc) without checking out the new frame on me physically and hence am having extreme eye strain because of wrong PD. Kindly solve issue at the earliest. Regards Tone Mickrow.

I have been here in busness and had to replace my lenses. The frames I have are a bit special so they were very difficult to fit. Not a problem for the staff, they got on with it and made it work. The prescription was spot on and quick. They worked with my demanding schedule and made things happen in the good way. The man tending to me was Deepak, he orchestrated all and was the person working everything out. Thanks all! Chris SANDOZ
