Highly unprofessional of such a big brand to run out stock for any of the regular / basic wax. You only have argan oil flavor available, if one is allergic to the same then as such a big brand you are supposed to keep other options available. This isn’t the first time I am experiencing unavailability if certain product. If so then update the menu card so that you don’t mislead the customer, or keep basics available. I hope a brand big brand like yours looks into this.
