I have been driving to them from across the city , now because I don't trust anybody else to touch my eyebrows. Before I discovered them a lady messed up my eyebrows so bad and I was traumatized! They were able to fix them slowly during every touch up and now my eyebrows look great!!! Staff is so nice, place is always so clean, and their work is so professional.!best place for "eyelashes" ,"eyebrow tinting" , "waxing" too.

Love this place! They need places like this in MI. I've waited for hours at the nail shop for my nail tech to finish her client just so I could get my lashes done. Which is a 30 min job in and out that's what I like about this shop!

I used to come to get my eyebrows done here, but I was very disappointed because when I entered I asked the lady how long was the wait ? She said It was 5 minutes and she kept me waiting for 30 min. I decided to just leave. I found a better place and a little bit less expensive somewhere else.

I came here to get eyelashes. Use to frequent this spot years ago, when i lived on this side of town. However, today when I went, the lady who was checking me out, added an unauthorized tip to my transaction. I paid with my card & when the tip came up, she automatically hit 25%. I said I didnt want to tip you that, she just got silent & said have a good day. I asked for my receipt & will be disputing the charge with my bank. Because that is stealing. On top of that, the eyelashes arent even cute! Very thin. Be aware ladies!

I am very disappointed in the final result of my eyelashes. First of all the lash tech didn’t tape down my bottom lashes so they don’t get in the way of my top lashes. Second of all my entire lash line is full of glue. I asked for natural looking eyelash extensions and I did not receive anything close to that. The look is extremely messy and unprofessional. This was not worth $50. There are also gaps between the lash clusters. Likewise, half of my eyelashes are gone - I don't know if she was cutting my real or fake eyelashes but she was using scissors, when I asked “did you cut my eyelashes” she said no…. I followed the procedure to remove lashes as the tech advised, by using makeup remover and it did make it easier to pull off the lashes. However - my natural lashes were taken off together with the falsies. I am absolutely devastated by Saya Beauty Salon eyelash work. I always came here for eyebrow threading and decided why not do eyelashes too, boy was that a mistake. I have been left without eyelashes on vacation…

First time getting my. eyebrows and facial silver package. It was very relaxing. So far skin looks good and my eyebrows look clean. No complaints, and I am very picky.

Dada always does an amazing job on my eyebrows threading and tinting. The customer service is always impeccable all the ladies are super sweet. The shop is clean and sanitary which is a major must for me! I would definitely recommend getting services here. They have a loyal customer in me!!!

They are ok but usually never clean up my eyebrows. Always miss ares. I quit getting them tinted because they always made them to dark no matter how I stressed not to.
