Ok leaving a review for Grace: service 5 out of 5 stars. She was very sweet and professional. We had a somewhat complicated order and she made sure to read it back to us before submitting it. We forgot to order something and ordered at the window later and she was not annoyed or irritated but very helpful! If only every Starbucks had a Grace!

I was very upset about the service today. I order ahead, once I got there my drink was ready but they were out of the muffin I ordered. No problem things happen. I was told to see cashier which I did. There was a customer in front of me. Once I got to the counter to exchange the young lady walked away but I assumed she would be right back. Nope it took her 8 minutes to come back to the cashier to ask what I needed. The store was not busy at all when I was there. There were maybe 5 workers at the time. None of which acknowledged the fact I was there. You could hear their conversation clearing talking about prom etc. The young lady that was working the Drive thur saw me standing there but Prom was more important. The young man that was there came from the back to the front looked at some paperwork by the cashier and walked off, again didn’t say anything, this was around 11:30am 4/24/23. I needed to share my thoughts on the service today. I was not pleased AT ALL. The service when Teresa’s works is TOP NOTCH. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 8+ years and I’ve never got the service I received today. Again Not Happy at all.

Typical Starbucks, nice people, clean; when they’re busy you really need to wait a while.

I ordered … ‘Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage Buttery caramel syrup blended with coffee, milk and ice, then topped with a layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a crunchy caramel-sugar topping-oh-so-beautifully delicious.’ I usually order this from Starbucks however this was a tasteless and a sad sad $6 drink. They were not busy either.

I ordered a drink through the app and ive called multiple times no one will answer the phone i get if you’re busy but it’s ringing back to back and you can’t pick it up that’s unprofessional. I get a light espresso and my drink today and ever other time i use the app taste like straight coffee and i’m tired of wasting $6-$7 on a drink to throw it away get it together starbucks

Management needs to staff this Starbucks properly and enable the employees. A large number of people are waiting 15-20 minutes for their order in the store, meanwhile the drive thru is being prioritized in order to hit metrics. It’s a frustrating experience for everyone.

Stood there awkwardly while the blue hair girl hugged up on some other girl halfway behind the counter that didn't work there. Then waited a solid 10 min on a cake pop that I didn't get with the rest of my order. Coffee was good though

Always great customer service, accurate orders and fast. The associates here all have great attitudes

I had a horrible experience at this location. I frequent this store often, as I work near this area. On 11/09, my drink was made incorrectly and I proceeded to call and speak to a manager on getting this fixed. I must have called 30 times simultaneously throughout the day. No answer and I’ve gotten hung up on twice. The following morning, I visit the store and I speak to the only manager there, who is of course not wearing a name tag. She is an older blank woman identifiable only by her forearm tattoo on the left side. She had absolutely no remorse and made me aware she tells her staff not to answer the phone because she wants to focus on her customers in the store. Furthermore, she proceeded to tell me that she would never answer the phone becuse 9/10 the person would not be very pleasant, and she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with “those kind of people”. To say I was appalled is an understatement. I’m going to do my due diligence and find out who the district manager that is in charge of this location. This is completely unacceptable and to know she is leading a shift with that mentality and attitude is horrifying. I will be sending colleagues to follow up in a few weeks to see if there have been any changes implemented in the location as I will not be returning. No customer deserves to be treated like I was.

Employee was super nice! Way better breakfast sandwich presentation than the Starbucks Uprown Charlotte.. all of my cheese was actually in the sandwich!
