Absolutely
terrible
experience.
Nothing
immediate
about
it.
Made
an
appointment
online
and
waited
thirty
minutes.
After
asking
front
desk
(rude)
what
was
up,
she
said
it
would
be
an
hour
and
a
half.
She
also
said
I
couldn’t
leave
or
they
would
cancel
my
“appointment”
even
though
she
also
said
the
system
just
shows
times
but
they
don’t
mean
anything.
They
proceeded
to
call
back
someone
before
me
who
had
no
appointment
online
and
wasn’t
there
for
anything
life
threatening-just
to
get
a
skin
test
read.
Meanwhile
I’m
still
waiting.
I
asked
the
front
desk
if
I
could
wait
in
my
car
instead
of
having
to
sit
inside
a
disgusting,
hot
waiting
room
for
hours.
There
were
used
tissues
everywhere,
trash,
hot
and
stuffy,
used
water
bottles,
dusty
fan,
and
disgusting
chairs
with
stains
and
crumbs
all
over
them.
They
said
if
I
leave
and
they
call
me
back
early
they
wouldn’t
treat
me.
The
front
desk
staff
and
back
staff
communication
is
terrible
along
with
Piedmont
urgent
care
as
a
whole.
If
the
appointment
times
online
don’t
mean
anything
then
why
are
they
there?
Macley
Family
Practice
in
Duluth
is
100
times
better
than
this
urgent
care
and
I
would
recommend
that
instead.
You
can
make
appointments
that
they
actually
honor
online
and
be
seen
in
a
very
timely
and
friendly
manner.
Ended
up
leaving-if
the
wait
time
is
THIS
long
with
an
appointment
and
the
waiting
rooms
are
this
disgusting,
I
don’t
even
want
to
know
what
it’s
like
in
the
treatment
rooms.
Disgusting
and
dishonest
practice.
