    Absolutely terrible experience. Nothing immediate about it. Made an appointment online and waited thirty minutes. After asking front desk (rude) what was up, she said it would be an hour and a half. She also said I couldn’t leave or they would cancel my “appointment” even though she also said the system just shows times but they don’t mean anything. They proceeded to call back someone before me who had no appointment online and wasn’t there for anything life threatening-just to get a skin test read. Meanwhile I’m still waiting. I asked the front desk if I could wait in my car instead of having to sit inside a disgusting, hot waiting room for hours. There were used tissues everywhere, trash, hot and stuffy, used water bottles, dusty fan, and disgusting chairs with stains and crumbs all over them. They said if I leave and they call me back early they wouldn’t treat me. The front desk staff and back staff communication is terrible along with Piedmont urgent care as a whole. If the appointment times online don’t mean anything then why are they there? Macley Family Practice in Duluth is 100 times better than this urgent care and I would recommend that instead. You can make appointments that they actually honor online and be seen in a very timely and friendly manner. Ended up leaving-if the wait time is THIS long with an appointment and the waiting rooms are this disgusting, I don’t even want to know what it’s like in the treatment rooms. Disgusting and dishonest practice.

    Nothing “immediate” about this place. Made an appointment online. Our appointment was over an hour ago and we are still in the waiting room. Apparently there is only one doctor in, but the last patients to be seen left 24 minutes ago. It doesn’t take that long to sanitize a room or set up another room. I understand if somewhere is short staffed, but have the appointments to reflect an appropriate space in between availability or have the courtesy to let people know upon arrival they will be sitting for over an hour after their appointment.

    The staff here is absolutely negligent!! My fiance was seen a total of 3 times presenting serious flu like symptoms that weren't going away after several weeks. They did bare minimum testing on him and would not prescribe antibiotics or a steroid, even though I went in a few days prior with the same symptoms and they gave those to me and cleared up my bacterial infection immediately and he had advised them of that upon his first visit. Their lack of testing and treatment led to him getting pneumonia and almost having to be hospitalized!! The only nice thing I have to say about this place is that the receptionist working when I went was very polite and helpful.

    Dr Raynard and the nurse I saw were both great. Doc was very thorough and informative. I did not feel rushed through the system like so many places. Got an info packet on leaving with everything done at the appt and discharge instructions.

    Front desk is always nice. However, they used to be fairly quick now I sit for two hours with an excruciating migraine waiting for someone to say two words to me and sign a prescription (yes I registered early). Also, they seem to do a terrible job with insurance companies. Copay? What's a copay? They will make you pay the copay and still bill you later for a simple visit. It's BCBS, it shouldn't be hard to pay a copay but providers across the board seem to be willing to pass their struggles onto the patient rather than go after the insurance companies.

    I had the best experience with the PA at the office. She provided excellent treatment and made me feel comfortable discussing my issues. She offered me nothing but support and understanding. The wait time was always quick. I would definitely go back to see her. Thank you!

    I was able to make an appointment quickly on a Sunday. The doctor and nurse were friendly and quickly diagnosed my issue without me having to go to the ER. It was great piece of mind it was not something more serious and could be handled at home with the knowledge provided by good medical practice. Thank you.

    I had to get blood work drawn for school. Peachtree Immediate Care was the closest of the 2 options they sent me, and I was able to get a same day appointment. Kaitlyn was very sweet, and extremely gentle!! I was done in about 20 minutes, and on my way home before traffic got too bad. I will definitely choose them again!!
