Was told to pull up to curbside pickup. Placed order at 3:38 and it's 4:16 and no one has come out and they won't answer the phone. I'm with my kids and dog in the car.

I went to get French fries but I got a quarter pound combination. The fries were cold and hard. I went inside to get the fries replace. It took 3 people to correct the issue. The 2nd order was hard well. The gentleman working with the fries knew what was necessary. 4 days prior I had fries from another location which were great. Don't know what happened to HM location.

This place is the WORST. Went there on 10/3 for a late dinner after a long day. Long wait in drive thru which is fine if food is fresh, but then I got the wrong order not one, not two, but THREE times. Then when I finally got my correct order I think they shoveled some mayo right into the bag. None of the food was edible, fries cold & oversalted, and sandwich drowning in mayo. Nuggets cold little hockey pucks. Didnt seem like an accident. Entire bag ended up in the garbage. This place is consistently awful, and they will not get another dime from me. Never again.

I am appalled by the service I was given here. I ordered chicken nuggets and when I opened the box all the chicken nuggets were burnt. I do not understand how the service there allowed such an item to even be given out to their customers. The nuggets was supposed to be given to a 9 year old and they came out burnt. I asked the drive through server to exchange them for a FRESH batch and instead she REHEATED the SAME nuggets and gave them back to me. Do not come here. There are better options around the area who care about what the customer and their children consume.

We went to McDonald's to celebrate with the kiddos. When we got home we realized that the milkshakes were soured. This store has had plenty of challenges. I would recommend just steering clear of this one.

After coming to America, I never liked Mcdonald's. Then I tried the Filet-o-fish, and it was good. Service was good.

I have ate here before and it’s usually efficient and good. The food was okay the service was downright awful tonight. I had waited like ten minutes in the parking spot to bring me my food after going through the drive-thru and then they sent a kid to ask me what I even ordered and then he came out with the wrong sandwich. So I had to march inside and get a new one. I’m not one to complain too much but come on. Heavily disappointed and y’all can and have done much better.

I gave this location a 3 which is an improvement. I normally give them a one , but we were in a rush and placed a mobile order(against my wishes at this location) the food was ready about the time I walked in and was all correct. I can’t give a 4 or 5 yet but I will give them another chance. Keep up the improvement and make this McDonald’s a great place to get fast food again
