Realizing since moving from the Philadelphia area 15 years ago, that getting a real Philadelphia cheesesteak is not going to happen, I found Philly connection and OK with it now. I used to go to the one on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and really liked it there and the owners, but they closed. Fortunately, we found another one. It's just much further from home. They are friendly here, just not the same as the other location, because the owner watched my son basically grow up. This location always serves up hot, fresh, and delicious cheesesteaks with a smile. The only real downside is having to drive so much further. I've seen reviews that people have posted that the steak is chopped up so small it looks like dog food... I would not say that's not accurate description at all, but if you knew what a real Philadelphia cheesesteak was, you would know that it's chopped up very fine so that it is not chewy.

Food cooked fresh so naturally it takes time to cook. But cooked fresh is always better. Was good but at first i did not think they put cheese on it but i guess they just dont put a lot so kind of a bummer. Fries are unseasoned just plain fries. Have to pay 50cents for sauces like ranch to dip fries. They have drive thru on an intercom vs a head set. so if dine in it is noisy. The guy who rang me up didnt aknowledge me walking in, i started my order philly with onions and peppers. He was like what kind of peppers and listed kinds(threw me for a loop like its a philly soooo typical philly peppers.... then he re listed peppers sweet banana etc. Looked like he was going to ring that up only didnt ask if i wanted a combo so glad i said something would have been annoying having to do another transaction. He also didnt ask if i wanted any like mayo or anything so i forgot to add that. Didnt say fries come reg or curly so i didnt even know i had options as far as fries.he should have realized it was my 1st time from my lack of knowledge so more prompts and more questions were necessary to help me complete my order correctly were needed but he didnt seem to realize or grasp that.

Not only was the food EXCELLENT but so was the service! The kind older gentleman took care to ensure he had my order correct when it was difficult to hear through the drive through. My food arrived quickly and was piping hot!

The food was good, the place looked good but the bathroom needs a touch-up.

The food was Amazing!! I love philly connection but haven't been in years. This place is awesome !!! The owner is very humble, professional, clean and polite I will be back!!!!! Highly recommend this location!!!

Great food and great service. We go here a lot and enjoy the company. The guys here are very talkative and just looking for good conversation as well. Thanks guys

Owner not only was kind and humble but he cooked a Cheesesteak that was definitely worth the wait my number one spot for cheesesteaks

Full Warning!!! This is not steak. It taste and look like ground beef aka a long sloppy joe sandwich. Not good at all. After I snapped a picture I threw it all in the trash. Also the onion rings are over cooked and old grease. 1 star for good customer service but the food is horrible
