Horrible Experience. Refill needed on prescription and never submitted by doctor. Was told by “on-call” doctor that there is nothing they can do because “they are closed” at 12pm on a Friday and absolutely zero way for me to get my prescription until they open again. Keep in mind this was absolutely zero fault of my own and 100% there fault for not submitting the prescription. Absolutely unacceptable. Correct action would be for them to resubmit the prescription and figure it out on there end. Naturally this did not happen. Do NOT count on this practice to be there for you in ANY way outside of their “hours”.

During the Covid-19 Virus pandemic of year 2020, this Clinic actually evaluated me for my yearly women exam for only $40. My current employers’ business mandatory closed because of the pandemic. I didnt have income & was living with family. All I have to do was write a letter stating my financial and living status, date & signed. Physical check up, blood work, & pap smear only cost me $40.

Please do not go to this clinic. The lack of care is disgusting. On several occasions the provider forgot to put in prescriptions, and the after hours service is pointless. The Hope Clinic does not provide many services and if you need a referral they will tell you to find someone yourself. When trying to put in a formal complaint I was told they did not have one, yet when I threatened to report the provider to the board, an older woman showed up and said she was the office manager. She was very rude. Please if you want care do not go here.

The admin staff is great. The lab works very well. Dr. Martin is the heart and soul of the clinic. The PA's are super. We have been going for more than 20 years.

Staff seem lost, called 14 times this week to pay my bill and i cant get thru. They send an email saying my statement is ready but in order to view and pay i need a statement number that is not provided. Ive listened to the voice recording about Dr Martins passing too many times to count, why cant you skip it? I got it the first 12 times. Frustating.

OMG!!!! The best!! I mostly see Jenny or Dr. Martin, such kind, caring and loving people. I have been going for over 10 years. You couldn't pay me to go nowhere else. I highly recommend these people everyone here is very kind friendly and full of God's love. I've always had my prescriptions filled within a hour. Just a wonderful place with wonderful staff. Even the front end is awesome!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏻🙏🏿❤️✝️✝️✝️❤️

Accurate and they truly care. If you don't have patience go to Minute Clinic. These people work way too hard to deal with that nonsense.

My care has been great. Prescriptions filled right away. No difficulty with the staff,they are courteous and kind.

I love this place. I have been going here for a few years now and they are great. Hope Clinic not only helps with your physical needs they also help with your mental needs. And don't get me started about the front desk staff. They are awesome!!!

I have been to many clinics in the past but the experience I had here was amazing! Adrian (front desk) makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you come in and has such a great personality that makes you feel good about being there. I went in for a sore throat and they ended up doing a complete check up. Dr. Kim was amazing! She didn’t rush the conversation and listened to all my concerns with kindness and patience. I can’t remember everyone’s name but they are all wonderful! I highly recommend Hope Clinic!

They never answer the phone. I’ve been waiting on a doctors note and refill prescription. I was also suppose to have a doctor order form sent to another hospital to get scans done. And they haven’t done any of this. I went in person to tell them about this and they said someone will contact me. But it has been weeks and I got no call. I requested my pharmacy to send a prescription refill request and the pharmacy said they said it to this clinic but the doctor declined and said he never saw me which is odd. I saw the nurse practitioner and she prescribed me pills. I don’t want why it’s this complicated to get a refill. They should know on file that I saw the nurse practitioner and not the doctor. I honestly don’t even know how I was able to get an appointment with them months ago cause they have not been answering me for months now. Never seen a medical place this horrible before
