I have been going to this location for years. In recent months, the service has been terrible. I am ALWAYS missing items. I always have to call and the little manager just says come back. That's a waste of time. I will just hold up the line moving forward to double check the items. This has become the new McDonald's which is sad. The owner should rethink the team assembled at this location. They are terrible.

Easily one of our favorite places to visit. The kids have a great time, grateful for a clean restroom and clean play area (almost all the time). The food is delicious, and has dietary options available like gluten free bun.

Great biscuit, incredible! But here's the problem. I walked in, ordered exactly 1 biscuit, nothing else. There was exactly 1 person in front of me. I waited about 7 or 8 minutes. I watched cars come to the drive through after I had ordered that guy their food and were gone before I got my food. Did I get a fresher cooked biscuit? If so it's worth it, but I would like to know if I would get better treatment by staying in my car. I just thought it was weird.

I have come here multiple times with my family to eat dinner. Service is always so great and the employees are really nice. They always get our order correct and we usually sit inside to eat. Plenty of seating inside and pretty clean. They have a play area for kids which my daughter enjoys. One of our favorite locations to come to.

I don't know what was going on here today but the thing that made me the sickest was that I noticed a guy inside putting ice cream in a comb dropped the cone into the ice cream machine and use that same comb to serve to a customer take a look at the photo and how nasty that ice cream machine is I'm done no more ice cream from any fast food places I will buy my own

Come on chick fil a, there has to be a better way to service customers. Drove up to drive thru and the associates were all huddled together blocking the drive thru, I drove in slowly and they didn't even move. I guess thru conversations were more important than getting out of way of the cars entering and getting in place to take orders. I haven't ever in my life see a burned chicken sandwich however, I managed to get one today. Way to go chick fil a.

Nothing short of perfection. You guys are the best every time I come to visit. Whoever is running the show around there. Hats off. Thanks for the service.

I spent several hours at this location today to get some work done and I had an amazing time. I was regularly check upon and offered refills for my drink (thank you, Elizabeth!), the music was not blasting, and it was not overcrowded. Honestly, one of the best places I’ve gotten work done at in a long while. Thank you!

I really am happy JC had my order.I ordered my breakfast today at 10:28am and when I arrived and went inside they had no idea where my order was. They thought I had missed my window. So sadly I sat in the parking lot defeated (I really wanted that sandwich) and 1 minute later JC came to me. He had my order and already had tried to find me once (I ordered it but I was 10 minutes away hehe and not in the pick up spot ) anyway he was so nice and kind and had a quick laugh with me lol . Grateful for his service and checking one last time.

I dropped in for a quick bite and the customer service was good. The cashier was friendly and the other employees were too. I got the Cobb salad and it was pretty delicious. Definitely recommend.
