Ordered for the family and was deeply disappointed. The food tasted bad and no flavor. The worst part the leafy vegetable (book cuu hi ou or pea leaves) mixed in my lo mein must not have been cleaned properly because I had sand in m food. It wasn’t edible. I have never n my life had this happen from a restaurant. I was totally turned off and will never order from there again. It’s not even worth contacting the restaurant. It was overall bad. I would not even give a 1 star,

I recommend the cheese steak it's really good. The wings are typical for these kinds of places. For the price this is a pretty good establishment.

This SHOULD BE a rating of (NEGATIVE FIVE STARS). I ordered from Kaito's several times in the past. This night we ordered the usual: fried catfish, lg shrimp fried rice, lg chicken fried rice. The food was "old" both orders of rice was hard and cold, the wings were also old. The catfish taste spoiled. The online order cost $48.++. We ordered extra onions and extra eggs online and was charged and addt'l $3 on arrival. I did not mind because the food was always fresh in the past. "$51.00 and the food was old/spoiled." They just lost a loyal customer. I have been going to Kaito's for over 1 year now, ordering the same thing, so they know my order. I started to call them and complain but decided I will just take my business elsewhere and POST to let others know, BEWARE. You only get 1 opportunity to give me bad food and take my hard earned cash. Moreover, I was giving the chicken fried rice to my grandson. He immediately spit it out saying, "it does not taste right". We threw it all away. BEWARE ...

My roommate and I enjoyed our meal here yesterday... Plan to order a cheesesteak from same location, I'll report back later this week on how it was! Overall though four stars at Kaito I would recommend to anyone looking for a fast and good meal!!

Hesitant to give this review as I'm putting out here that this places makes the best Lemon Pepper wings outside the perimeter. Price per quantity is exceptional

Always clean and friendly and the FOOD, well it was gone before I thought about the review lol Great place for lunch. FYI order before you go everything made fresh to order.

Lets start by saying something positive. The fries are good. The steak eggroll is good. Everything we had is horrible. We got general chicken which seems to be general sao's. First off the breading around the chicken is about 2X the chicken inside and then is hard. Seems to be previously frozen and thawed out and not fresh at all. Second is the House rice special is a few pieces of shrimp and chicken with veg fried rice and is was not moist at all and not much seasoning besides soy sauce. The chicken wings (lemon pepper) was so over cooked even the chicken was crunchy. The steak and shrimp tasted like is was previously frozen and thawed out with a rubber texture. The wings in the kids meal was the same as the lemon pepper just not seasoning. The drinks they serve from coke to fanta, all have a funny cleaner taste to them and not much flavor so it seems they water it down and do not provide an adequate amount of syrup. Overall i will never go back and i hope no one else does.

Foods pretty good, the wings have great flavor , the Hibachi portions are decent that table top hot sauce is where it's at. Waitress are attentive and friendly.Dine in is peacefull at times unless groups of kids decided to wait inside and just trash talk each other with no regards if younger kids are present

The attendant offered a paper menu when she noticed I had a difficult time reading the menu. Plenty of seating. Floor near drink stand was sticky and some tables were not clean. My wings were good.

Burnt food… ROACHES - very rude owners when you approach them about the burnt food they want to scream at you about it!! Do not come here!!!!

Rude employees and I asked them to do two flavour of my wings and I have no problem with extra charge but they said no. They wanna give you food the way how they like. I’ll not come back

I was very appreciative of how the person that took our order switched between Spanish and English for our group. I never expect anyone to do that, so when the nice lady up from did, I felt very happy. Food is a good price, good portion, came out piping hot and fresh. The inside itself doesn’t look great, but it was clean. Lots of people came and went for takeout but sitting and eating there didn’t feel awkward. I’d come back and bring friends!

OMG. For 40 wings, I paid $44 for wings that were unbearably salty and overcooked. I used to order wings from here very often, but something has changed.

I usually get a cheesesteak egg roll and fried rice. This place is very clean which is why I come here often. Flavorful food. I also get the fried tilapia and sesame chicken. It's good hot flavorful food you won't be disappointed

This was the first time I've been here and I ordered 6 wings (lemon pepper), fries and a steak and cheese egg roll. The wings were way too salty, it was so bad I had to remove as much of the skin and seasoning as I could just to eat them. They were also really small so I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth, and there were only two sticks of celery and one carrot. The fries were good and the steak and cheese egg roll was pretty good, but I probably wouldn't order the egg roll again if I went back. Based on this experience alone I'd probably rate it 3 stars, but I'll leave it at 4 since there are a lot of other items on the menu that I haven't tried and the staff was really polite and helpful. I was really hoping to like this place because it's so close to my house, but I just wasn't too impressed. I may give it one more chance and try the hibachi next time.

Food is good, but they only gave me one sauce of my choice after ordering a shrimp fried rice and wing combo. I’d understand if it only came with one of each, ranch & yum yum, but nickling and diming me over things that typically come with sauce is a bad policy.
