I have been seeing Dr. Perez for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about her and Resurgens in general. Dr. Perez is not your typical physician. She is knowledgeable, well-regarded in the medical community, and anyone who deals with chronic pain understands the importance of empathy in a physician/patient relationship. The staff is excellent and you never feel like someone put you in an exam room and forgot about you. They are efficient and do not take your time for granted. I will continue to work with Resurgens to manage a chronic condition and feel confident they will provide me with the best care possible.

Dr Stephen Kim, From excruciating pain to pain free. I took a fall in June. After a through examination from Dr Stephen Kim it was determined I needed a total hip replacement. Dr Kim encouraged a second opinion if needed which I did and they were in total agreement. Dr Kim spent over 45 mins in his office speaking with me and my wife concerning my situation. I’m a 48 year old professional pilot who’s active and couldn’t believe I was facing a total hip replacement. Dr Kim was reassuring, he had a plan of care and put my concerns 1st. We scheduled the procedure and I saw Dr Kim two weeks later at Wellstar Windy Hill Joint Replacement Outpatient Surgery Center. The Nurses were phenomenal, the facility was clean, the staff was professional and welcoming. Dr Kim came in and spoke with me and reassured me this was the right plan of action. I checked in at 545am. Surgery started at 710am I was in recovery at 925am. I took my 1st step at 1011am and was home by 1255 the same day! I woke up pain free and to this day, 21 days post op I continue to be pain free and walked 2 miles yesterday. I have no joint pain and can not believe how good I feel! Dr Kim’s staff and PA Josh have taken great care of me and my 14 day follow up went well. If your facing a joint replacment and want the best care and outcome I would recommend Dr Stephen Kim. I am completely satisfied and this experience has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I’m eternally greatfull to be pain free and getting back to my normal daily routine!

My whole interaction with Resurgens was great. I filled in all my paperwork online before I got there. The NP who was seeing me was right on time taking me into the office. He listened carefully to everything I had to say and gave me good feedback. I had to have an x-ray, and since the facility is right there, that only took a few minutes. Reading the x-ray also only took a few minutes,. Everything about my condition was explained to me thoroughly, and any questions I had were answered without rushing me and in a way I understood. All my options for treatment were discussed,. We came up with a plan , and I was outta there. I don't have a single complaint.

As soon as I arrived. I was greeted in a very professional manner. I felt so welcomed. Front desk was sweet and kind. Kyle Allen, NP whom I had appointment with. Right away I felt I’m in the right place for my issues. He sure listen to all my concerns. He made me feel comfortable with what he need to do to help me figure out my issue. From beginning to end. Kyle was the perfect person to have in your office assisting your patients. If I had to come back. I prefer Kyle. It’s been 5 years I been at this location. Each time It’s an awesome visit. Dr Michele Perez came highly recommended to me. After my appointment I understood why. She took the time to understand my concerns and addressed them all. We have a plan and a follow up scheduled. I’m now one of the many who recommend her.

I had an appointment day of my initial call! I can not say enough great things about Brian Evans! He was thorough and kind! He spoke directly to my 15 year old about his injury and explained exactly what he needed to do to facilitate his recovery! My son was x-rayed within 10 minutes of our appointment time! We were made aware of what our put of pocket costs would be up front!! It makes such a difference when a medical office values the time of their patients! I especially enjoyed speaking to your Medical Assistant Alice! Such a cheerful demeanor!

We were seen promptly and great care was given to me as I was injured. PA Tiffany Jordan was direct, knowledgeable and careful with my examination. The X-ray technician was respectful of my injury and careful not to inflict additional pain. I highly recommend these Resurgeons’ employees. Also as a knee brace was required and the type prescribed was not available at this location, they found one at another location just 15 minutes away and made arrangements for us to be seen there. I was taken back immediately and had a fitting and instructions with another knowledgeable technician.

Today was my first visit with Resurgens (Kennesaw). I met Dr. Michelle Perez and I am extremely pleased. She took the time to explain my specific case, review the treatment options, and lay out my next steps. She was an excellent listener. She answered my questions. Very professional and compassionate. I felt like she understood my case through and through. I am very well read and researched in every aspect of my life but especially when it comes to my health. Dr. Perez recognized this and this is one of the very first things I look for in a health provider. I had an all around great experience. I was able to book an appointment next day with a PA. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the X-ray tech. There was very little wait time. I was in and out with X-rays, a shot, and a prescription for physical therapy right at an hour. Wonderful experience!

Brian Evan’s was wonderful, professional and thorough. He showed me what he found in the X-rays and asked questions that really helped understand my issue. I highly recommend him if you’re experiencing pain in an ankle/foot.

This group and doctor were recommended by friends. I would not recommend this group to anyone. Staff was boarder-line rude and not compassion. They are happy to take your money but I did not feel they were genuinely interested in my health and well being. Shop around and read reviews, there are other big orthopedic groups that genuinely care and will assist in health and wellness..

Dr Makhuli with his team of assistants, Savannah and Mike quickly assessed my knee issue and developed a correction plan that got me up and going. I expect the follow up treatment plan will be the correct one for me. Thank you Resurgens.

Dr. Kyle is hands down the best orthopedic doctor in the world. He cares about his patients, he takes time out to return calls(personally). He is referrals are top notch (as he himself). Dr Kim and his staff has been extremely helpful and professional in getting me set up for knee replacement surgery. My husband had both knees replaced by Dr Kim back in 2019 and 2020. I was so pleased with my visit. From the moment I there until I left I could not have ask for better treatment. Ms. Sarah is so knowledgeable and patient. The x-ray guy was so nice and careful with me. The young lady that check me in was doing 3 things at once but you never felt left to the side. She incorporated all of into the process. If every visit was as great as this one I think Santa Claus will be very nice to them.

Dr. Jonas was very courteous and professional. He definitely helped me with solutions for my finger and hand. He was open enough to even share some of his own experiences. The staff was also very nice and professional.

I had a pretty serious knee injury that required 2 surgeries. Dr. Kelly and Resurgens were very helpful throughout my recovery. They were very supportive and knowledgeable. Without their help I don't think I would've been able to make it back on the soccer pitch.

I have seen Tiffany twice with arthritic knees, and she has been excellent! She is trained in multiple medical fields and even offered suggestions for other minor medical issues that I have. It was also easy to get an appointment, and other staff members are also friendly and helpful.

The care I received from Dr. Perez and Sandra Bolick PA was exceptional! The front office staff at both locations and the MRI location made me feel comfortable and were very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Resurgens. No one enjoys going to the doctor but everyone on staff made my appointments easy, quick, and beneficial to my health. I would certainly recommend Resurgens for any orthopedic needs.

I have used this group for wrist issues and now numb toe issues! They are fantastic, professional, and nice. Their patience when answering questions is unrivaled. Regardless of the location, whether it be midtown or Kennesaw, I have received the same treatment with nothing but smiles and care. Brian Evans is so fun and loved getting into the details of my bone spurs and other foot related discussions! I would recommend him to anyone who likes to talk to their doctor like a friend.

My appointment today with Ms Tiffany Jordan was very helpful. From the very beginning my experience was very nice. When I walked in I didn’t wait at all, I was taken into the room and was told someone will be with me in a moment. The x-ray technician was very gentle and caring. I went back to the room and Ms. Tiffany walked in to tell me about my x-rays and explained everything in detail on what my diagnosis was and what she was going to do to help me. I can’t say enough great things about my experience today and wanted to thank everyone there at Resurgens orthopedics.

I had a great rehab experience and highly recommend using their services. The rehab from my shoulder surgery went well. My flexibility and strength is close to 90% of where it was before surgery. I thank Bryce for his patience and care for me. He’s knowledgeable of the science and he applies it to the workouts. And, he gives great stretches too.

Dr. Glen Jonas provided superb treatment and knowledge for my right hand. Dr. Jonas performed surgery on my hand and the results have been excellent. I will use Dr. Jonas again without question and will/have recommended Dr. Jonas to friends and family and they have had the same outcome. Plus his staff is top notch. They have also provided unbelievable treatment and service thru out this experience. Dr. Jonas is a master at his craft.

Today was my First time using Resurgens Orthopaedics and I will say that they made a good first impression. I saw Dr. Glenn Jonas and he was quite nice. Easy to talk to and personable. I am optimistic that all my future appts will be equally as good.

Randomly picked the earliest available appointment to get some shoulder pain checked out. If Brian Evans, PA is an example of the quality available at Resurgens, I will feel confident going to any of their physicians as he was thorough/efficient without sacrificing making me feel heard. Also, the facility (Kennesaw) is easily accessible from the highway with great parking.

Dr. Jonas was great as was the entire front desk and tech staff. Dr. Jonas was knowledgeable,, funny, spoke to my wife as well (which doesn’t always happen). X-rays on my shoulder were quick. X-rays, diagnosis, cortisone shot in my AC joint…in and out in less than an hour. Perfect

Today I went in and we went over my MRI. DR DAFTARI AND JEFF were very straight forward and helped me understand everything. Jeff even came back in with no problem to answer some more questions I had. The gentleman who showed me how to use the machine I was sent home with was so knowledgeable, helpful and GREAT customer service. I wish I got his name. From the front staff to the doctors, nurses etc everyone was so kind.

Great experience today with doctor Bakhuli and nurse Tiffany. Made me feel very cared for and loved their time they spent with me today. They answered all of questions and calmed my fears. Wonderful care provided and looking forward to my followup treatments.
