Busan Citizens Park is a beautiful urban park located in the heart of Busan, South Korea. Formerly a railway site, this park has been transformed into a green oasis offering recreational spaces and cultural experiences. It spans a considerable area, featuring walking paths, gardens, and open spaces for relaxation. One of the notable features of Busan Citizens Park is the preservation of old railway infrastructure, integrating it into the park's design. The park also hosts various events, performances, and exhibits, making it a dynamic cultural space. Whether visitors seek a peaceful stroll, family picnics, or cultural engagement, Busan Citizens Park provides a diverse and welcoming environment within the bustling city.

Awesome park that has a bunch of activities! Could easily spend hours here and was clearly well thought out/maintained. Can’t wait to see this shown off at the World Expo!

Excellent place to hangout with family and friends. A place to take rest with your dear one. Walk around the park and enjoy different themes. A vast area with clean rest rooms. You can see colorful fishes there with a little modern village feelings. A sand area perfect to get busy to your toddlers. There are cafeteria and convenient store too. If you have kids with you then find the kids play area. Need to say more but not enough to write. So please visit the park and I know you want to go again and again

What a beautiful park! It's very clean and pleasant. There are a lot of sitting areas, ponds and playgrounds. The perfect place for a picnic, a jog, a walk or to bring yours kids and paly. It's quite close to the metro station. The park is quite big so you can take at least 1h walking around

Nice park for family outings. Large grassy area with parasols provided around the perimeter for shade and picnic. Interesting park to visit and take a stroll or laze around.

Lovely place to walk around. Also, the perfect place for a nice picnic <3 Lots of space and not crowded at all. (Although, please bear in mind that that could change over time.)There are some snacks you can purchase here and there, so if you don't bring food, no worries !

Busan citizen park is the most loveliest place to hangout with your family and friends. This place is well connected and the entire park is in a flat region. There are several gates to enter the park. The park have different areas for children's play (sand area), different physical activity area for children's as well as elders. In the middle a green field welcomes you to play run and do whatever you want. The green field was surrounded by trees which gives you ample space to take rest under them. The water fountain is very interesting which makes the great attraction during evening time. There are several convenient stores inside the park. You can see the fish in waterside and makes a retro village theme near by. I just recommend go and enjoy everything there. From 5 years to 100 years old everyone will enjoy. And yes no need to say most of the Korean parks are free of cost to enter and enjoy. Have a great time there.

Beautiful renovation from a military base area to a peaceful park full of beauty and plants. We enjoyed going to see it nearly empty and citizens pruning the park and returning on a busy day watching children on the faux beach, people picnicking and everyone just enjoying the beauty of this park.

I was stationed here just about 20 years ago. In ‘04. The place looks beautiful now but gives me the sad because I lived here for a year. The memories bring back memories.
