    It's really nice to be able to exercise comfortably thanks to the very spacious space, cleanliness, and kindness of the director, wife, and staff.

    Both the instructor and his wife are friendly, and you can do yoga and pilates at an affordable membership price in a clean environment, and there is plenty of exercise equipment.
