When I searched for Donghae Japanese Ramen, it came out and I visited. I just think it's expensive, the broth isn't that rich, and the meat has a smell.

The Kane Ramen broth is rich and delicious. Nagasaki Champon Ramen has a refreshing broth. Salmon roll soft and delicious. The store is not large, but it is clean. The Kane Ramen soup was so delicious that I would 100% come back again.

Maybe it's because I've been looking forward to it so much for the first time in a long time. It hasn't changed. The soup is not that good

I wanted to eat sushi, so I searched for it and thought it would be nice to eat it with ramen, so I went. There were 4 tables for 4 people and several chairs at the bar in front of the kitchen. We each ordered Kane Ramen, 4 pieces of salmon sushi, and a salmon roll. I saw the assorted sushi in a review, but I couldn't order it because it wasn't on the menu, but when I saw it later, it was on a blackboard?? It's written in the same place;; haha To be honest, I was looking forward to ramen. I was disappointed that it wasn't as thick as I expected. But the chashu was delicious without any unpleasant smell. The picture of the sushi on the menu looked a bit unappetizing, so I only ordered 4p, but this place seems to be a good sushi restaurant. You can feel each grain of rice in your mouth as it is not too clumped and does not come loose as soon as you pick it up!!! It was so good haha I haven't tried the assorted dish, but I'm sure it will be delicious since it uses the same rice. Lastly, the salmon roll wasn't my style... The inside of the roll was creamy and there was salmon on top, but the sauce or something was too sour. Strong vinegar taste. And I saw a review saying the staff was unfriendly... Yes, it's unfriendly. There is a baby chair.

It was originally a store called Hibiki in front of Buk Girls' High School, but business was so good that it was moved here and the name was changed to Kane. There are two types of ramen, Kane Ramen and Nagasaki, and there are also seasonal menus such as Oyster Miso Ramen. There is also salmon sushi and salmon roll on the side. Kane Ramen is Tonkotsu Ramen and Nagasaki is Nagasaki Ramen. They say they make their own broth, but the taste isn't that special or anything. Just tastes like tonkotsu ramen. Salmon is neither good nor bad. Usually, when I go, I order ramen and salmon rolls, but 6 large salmon rolls come in the form of maki, and they cost 6,000 won? I think it was about the same amount, so it was pretty good value for money.
