0 Star if I can. Terrible place, never gonna come again. The noise is unacceptable, you can clearly hear the sound from the corridor, and upstairs. Waste of mony.

Good place for family trip. You will get better plan if you use Hanaro mart where is 10mins away. It's recommended to use this place during hot summer as you will feel cool and dry breeze all day long.

Nice hotel with reasonable price. interior is quite impressive, you can enjoy all the things around ski slope area. It has a wonderful cafe on the first floor.

Cozy hotel with fabulous view especially in autumn and winter. I've been here during autumn, so the ski area nearby is all grass slope. It has nearby store to by some snacks if you like. Definitely will go back!

Overall excellent experience! The room was nice, buffet included in the package we bought. The lobby was cozy and nice. The hotel concierge could speak some English. The buffet had a variety of food, mixed Western and Korean food. You get the flexibility to choose whether you would like Lunch or Breakfast Buffet everyday. (The only problem is the food is almost the same everyday.) Free mineral water was also provided in rooms. Unfortunately there is no room service but that does not change my view of this hotel. There was also free wifi and a great view of the mountain!!! The only sad thing is, if you request for extra pillows you have to pay extra. In the hotel I stayed in Seoul, it was completely free.

So far, probably the most confusing receptionist staff I ever seen. Arrived this morning 28 December 2022, around 09:00. Going straight to the reception, been informed than the checkin is at 15:00 (fair enough) with no option of early check in. Hoy won kim, (Receptionist) told me to come back and try by 12:00. Sharp, I come back at 12:00. She informed me than I could enter earlier but now to a cost of 36K$ per hours (which previously an early check in wasn’t available, that would have avoid me a 3 hours Ice cold nap in the lobby sofa.) Then, even more confusing. Ms. Hoy couldn’t assure me that my room would be ready and clean up by 17:00 the same day. No option was given for us (client / Customer) as a apology. It was completely normal to them. Didn’t felt wrong at all. When you paid a hotel night around $USD 300 per night and the actual check in become 17:00 and check out the following day at 11:00. It make the cost of stay going insanely up. Let me know your thoughts. I’m my point of view. This should have been sorted in a profesional matter by compensating the Client / Customer. As a result the receptionist assured me than it wasn’t anybody fault. 🤦🏻 Thank you Ms. Hoy won kim.

My room at 510 at the Phoenix Pyeongchang hotel in the Soop Package. The room is basic but very clean and the mattress is very firm. My view was towards the hills which was nice to wake up to. The rooms aren't soundproof but it was quiet by midnight and I slept well. I loved the gifts that are included in the package!
