Best place to enjoy music with alcohol at a very reasonable price. Regular music performance gives you a perfect space for relaxation.

I would have given this bar 5 stars but I know it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea. It's a little dive bar that plays good music and has friendly service. I love it here. The space is small, the drinks are cheap. I love going on a Friday night when it's not busy because I like the feeling of having it to myself with some friends. A perfect place in my opinion

Communes is a relaxed LP bar in the centre of downtown Deagu. The owner, Hyunshik/ "Hyun", opened the bar in 1995. The atmosphere is great, very down to earth and relaxed. The bar is mostly staffed by Hyun himself and he's a fun and interesting person to chat with. Wednesday's can be more active as there's an open mike night that attracts some pretty great performances of guitar/ small bands. Overall this place has become a great place to visit to relax. Draft Kloud is on tap and the taps are clean. Other beers are mostly bottled, but there's a good range and well priced. The place is covered in old wood floors and has a great aroma.

A cosy medium sized bar run by a super accommodating guy. Often has music and shows sports if you ask far enough in advance. A little difficult to find, but if you use google maps you should be fine.

My favorite hangout in Daegu. Great music, friendly people, DARTS, open mic Tuesdays and, of course, the kind owner with the fab record collection. Pop in!

We had a lovely first visit to Communes and will certainly be returning. People were friendly, and the staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. Drinks priced were very reasonable, and they have a remarkably wide selection. I would definitely recommend checking Communes out if you are into alternative music and culture.
