This facility NEVER answers the phone! Morning, evening, it doesn't matter. They won't answer. An utter disgrace of a building to healthcare.

Horrible horrible emergency room Waited 7 hours to get prescribed Tylenol 🤦🏼‍♂️

It's probably easier to just die than to get seen for anything medically related here 👍🏻

It's super hard to get an appointment. If you're sick and dying they dont care, go to work. They cant get you in. If you absolutely need an appointment they wont do anything, send you off post, but cant do follow up. It's frustrating and hard for those who do not make appointments just to make them but actually need them.

I called three days in a row with no answer if this was an emergency I would be SOL.

Absolutely not acceptable service. We eventually left and went to the local hospital and paid out of pocket. Waited 3 hours, watch others come in and get moved ahead of the line while my wife is bleeding. Seems that the front desk staff will prioritize based on race. We’re told they were understaffed on weekends and had to prioritize care. Well if you are understaffed, add staff. If this is the weekends what would happen if their was an actual emergency?

Said they’d give me a profile for a messed up ankle and didn’t put it in the system, I was given meds as well, now I’m under fire from my command staff for possibly “lying to my PSG about being on profile”

They don’t answer the phone.

Very considerate doctors and nurses, had a long wait but I was well taken care of. Can't blame the wait during the outbreak though.
