I visited this gym several times during my holiday in Salalah. I was positive surprised by the many machines and other gym related stuff, the friendly and helpfull people and the workout atmosphere. And the airconditioning works great. People were working out hard and did not use their mobile phones as in Western Europe. Next time when I am in Salalah (I like that part of Oman!) I will go to this gym again. By the way, they have low priced day passes. Opening times are from 3 pm to 9 am (really!), except fridays (closed).
