They don’t value people’s time. One of the worst managements I came across, the receptionist is very slow, they simply don’t understand the mess that they are creating. They won’t give you an estimated time until your appointment, you end up wasting hours wondering when will you get your turn. Dr. Partani is no doubt one of the best doctor in this domain, but he can’t simply rely on his expertise for forever, he needs to understand how to give patients a delightful experience. Simply put, there are at-least 150 daily patients, even wasting half hour can lead to 75 hours of wasted human time daily, which would have been used in nation’s interest, please, it is a genuine request to streamline the process and create a win win situation for everyone.

The hospital's services are second to none. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also compassionate. They took the time to address all my concerns and provided top-notch care. I couldn't be more satisfied. I am 22 years old and since childhood I have been going to the hospital for treatment. It's never been the case that I didn't get cure after the treatment.

If you are visiting the doctor for mild issues then its fine, if the problem is critical, I suggest to go to Ahmedabad and opt for Dr. Love.

there'only 5 star i can rate on google..if there's 10 star option then i would love to give so...coz he is the best dr. for ENT..i dont have enough words to express my gratitude towards dr. lokesh partani..each and every time when i m sick with this ENT issue then he is the only one who can treat me very well..absolutely love the way he treated people with his skills and so kind and soft nature...honestly i love to visit him while i am sick...thank uh dr. for always there for us ill patients...regards to you..

Dr. Lokesh is very nice gentle and polite. Being a doctor i can understand his time management is hectic. I myself went for check up and he gave proper time and proper check up and diagnosis was done. All facilities are avaialble under one roof. Easy to approach with lots of parking. Thank you.
