OPD number : 72149. I came here to meet Dr Sanjay Jain for my illness. I called the reception at 7:10AM to book the appointment with the doctor. The receptionist booked the appointment for 13 March 2023, Monday, 2:00 P. M. When visited at 2:00 P.M. the on duty receptionist mentioned that doctor's visiting hrs are between 4PM to 6PM. When I visited at 4PM, the doctor wasn't there. He didn't show up until 05:40PM. Overall, we waited from 2PM to 6pm to meet the doctor but the overall experience at the hospital is not worth the amount of time, efforts and fees paid.

Located in sector 4 hiran magri,i visited the place due to appointment with Dr.Sanjay jain. The hospital had a friendly staff & cleanliness too was good.There were plenty of seats available to wait for appointments. Treatment & diagnosis varies from doctor to doctor & is generally so so with most cost rebating hospitals...still i can't say its bad..infact one doctor even helped me to get appointment of right doctor. Famous doctors may come late from their time schedules. All major deptts are covered here except dermatology. CT scan & imaging facilities with canteen nearby are available. Parking space is plenty & fees is nominal at 200 for appointments. Regarding critical conditions though i suppose consult major hospitals only.

Awful doctor not found their place I found my medical report and them visit the doctor and doctor not found their place on time. I waited one hour probably.

nurshing staff is not done that proper work so kindly say that so do proper work for that nurshing deparment

Bad experience OPD timing is 9:30 am to 1:30 pm But doctor is coming in 11 AM Important semple collation not providing 1st priority Admit paitaint time Doctor not come to right time Lift facilities is very poor Wheel chair stairs is very small available. Vehicle parking space is limited.

Worst experience, at first step they will take money and then they will say ki Dr. 11 baje aa a ga, and when you go at 11 then they will say ki abhi 1 ghanta or lagaga. My advice to everyone is that first ask weather the Dr. Is available or not and then pay them.

All is good , but still need live talking with specialize doctor in separate time after post treatment guide for patients. Hospital not given any personal mobile no. For specialize doctor for direct contact .

He didn't show up atleast until 5:40P.M in his cabin. I hold the hospital staff responsible to provide me the wrong information on doctor's timings at the hospital. The consultation experience with the doctor was good, he heard all the problems patiently and prescribed the treatment accordingly. It is very difficult for a patient and his/her attendant on a working day to collect time and visit the doctor. Even then, if the hospital doesn't respect patient's time, it is not worth even a single visit. I believe, had I attempted to visit the doctor at his personal clinic, even if with a little more fees paid, I would have been more than happy with the accuracy of appointment scheduled time & the actual time. I couldn't do that because I didn't have a direct means of contacting the doctor's personal clinic. If you(reader) can do that, you must first prefer that. Such incidents questions the punctuality of a highly qualified doctor & the ill-qualified management staff of the hospital. In either case, both are unacceptable.

Very poor service, Dr. come very late, for me Dr. came 2hr 30 min late and after coming late they do not see patient according their token no. so I think government hospital is better.

Worst experience the staff behaviour is very bad a staff named kailash prajapat has behaved very badly he was busy talking about sweets on mobile the patients were standing in front of him he was behaving like he is the wholesole and giving no ear to patients concern...

My daughter in law was admitted and she got excellent treatment here

I don't like all type of services . Many patients wait 2-3 days to collect the report . Staffs made excuses to providing the report such types of Sonography , x-ray etc . RGHS scheme not provide benifits to patients , RGHS medical center provide medicines not at time . All patients wait 30-45 mins. to collect medicines under RGHS scheme. I request you to please improve the staffs and corporate the patients and also improve the laboratory services like that x-ray , sonography, blood test etc .

The washrooms smell disturbs all patients and glasses was not clear Doctor was not check quickly I am also waiting for 4 hours to meet

Very bad experience a staff named kailash prajapat was very insensitive, rude...he was talking on his mobile while patients were looking to ask him something........very bad experience i will not suggest this hospital to anyone

Nursing staff and peon behaviour is not good if we go inside ward 2 to 3 times they just say we will discharge your patient if you come again and again they don't have sweet gesture towards the people my experience was so bad

Chaudhary hospital is one of good hospital in Udaipur . First of all Dr. Chaudhary is one of good Dr which liston to each every problem of patients and provide the each details of problem . He is very polite and honest . He never written any unnecessary test other wise many Dr written unnecessary test for achieve their target . Other reasons I like Chaudhary Hospital that All medical test and consultant fees are very economical . I Done three test 1. CBC 2. Full Chest Xray 3.Thyrode Test Which is cost 700 rupees only . Otherwise in other hospital and Lab it may be cost around 1100-1500 rs . I give Chaudhary Hospital Five hospital It is very Economical so every common man can treatment easily.

I myself was admitted here after being denied for treatment in other hospital, The doctors recommend this hospital to us (if doctors are recommending it's got to be good), daily three times doctor visit, friendly yet professional nursing staff and overall great experience

Best hospital I have ever seen...I am really thankful to Dr. Kalpesh Chaudhary sir because of him mine condition improved alot ..he is really very kind and polite..I like the way he used to treat every patient and listen every problem

While taking the doctor's appointment the hospital reception says doctors attends only 5 patients in a day. Even after you take an appointment, the doctor's personal assistant will say the doctor will come at 4:30, then 5:30, then 6, and make you wait. And when you start waiting for the doctor, you realise there are many more patients than just 5. Superbly poor, pathetic management.

Unable to give 0 stars. Not recommended at all. Doctor in night shift did not admit my Dad even when he complained about difficulty in breathing and complained about the leg pain several times a night before his cardiac arrest. Only if the doctors would have paid enough attention to the sympotpms but too late now..........
