I've
a
complaint
against
this
hospital
and
not
against
the
doctor.
This
hospital
has
some
serious
time
management
issues.
I
came
here
to
meet
Dr
Sanjay
Jain
for
my
wife's
illness.
I
called
up
the
reception
on
13
March
2023
at
7:10AM
to
book
the
appointment
with
the
doctor.
The
receptionist
booked
the
appointment
for
13
March
2023,
Monday,
2:00
P.
M.
When
visited
at
2:00
P.M.
the
on
duty
receptionist
mentioned
that
doctor's
visiting
hrs
are
in
between
4PM
to
6PM.
When
visited
at
4PM,
doctor
wasn't
there.
He
didn't
show
up
atleast
until
5:40P.M
in
his
cabin.
I
hold
the
hospital
staff
responsible
to
provide
me
the
wrong
information
on
doctor's
timings
at
the
hospital.
The
consultation
experience
with
the
doctor
was
good,
he
heard
all
the
problems
patiently
and
prescribed
the
treatment
accordingly.
It
is
very
difficult
for
a
patient
and
his/her
attendant
on
a
working
day
to
collect
time
and
visit
the
doctor.
Even
then,
if
the
hospital
doesn't
respect
patient's
time,
it
is
not
worth
even
a
single
visit.
I
believe,
had
I
attempted
to
visit
the
doctor
at
his
personal
clinic,
even
if
with
a
little
more
fees
paid,
I
would
have
been
more
than
happy
with
the
accuracy
of
appointment
scheduled
time
&
the
actual
time.
I
couldn't
do
that
because
I
didn't
have
a
direct
means
of
contacting
the
doctor's
personal
clinic.
If
you(reader)
can
do
that,
you
must
first
prefer
that.
Such
incidents
questions
the
punctuality
of
a
highly
qualified
doctor
&
the
ill-qualified
management
staff
of
the
hospital.
In
either
case,
both
are
unacceptable.
