My
family
and
I
went
to
this
restaurant
last
night
and
we
were
all
disgusted
our
experience.
The
owner,
Alex,
was
condescending,
rude
and
disrespectful.
It
was
our
first
time
at
this
restaurant
and
it
will
be
the
last.
After
eating
our
entrees
and
main
courses,
we
ordered
dessert,
coffee
and
tea.
Alex
enters
the
restaurant
from
the
back
and
is
facing
our
table.
My
family
looks
over
curious
to
find
out
whether
he
was
the
owner
and
he
walks
over
to
the
table
with
a
stern
look
on
his
face
as
asks
us
in
French
“il
y
a
un
problème?”
which
means
“is
there
a
problem?”
And
he
continues
to
say
that
he
caught
our
4
pairs
of
eyes
starring
at
him.
My
aunt
responds
“no,
you
are
the
one
looking
at
us
as
if
there
is
a
problem”.
We
were
shocked.
How
can
an
owner
ask
his
customers
“is
there
a
problem?”
He
said
it
with
a
mean
and
nasty
look
on
his
face.
He
did
not
smile.
He
did
not
greet
us.
He
did
NOT
say,
“hello,
how
are
you?
Did
you
enjoy
your
food?”
Nothing.
I’ve
never
experienced
this
kind
of
treatment
at
a
restaurant
in
Senegal.
We
were
so
shocked.
We
cancelled
our
desserts,
coffee
and
tea
and
asked
for
the
bill.
He
then
proceeded
to
sit
at
a
table
and
stare
at
us
with
a
mean
look.
He
told
his
staff
not
to
let
us
pay
the
bill,
but
the
damage
was
already
done.
His
staff
looks
terrified
of
him.
They
followed
us
all
the
way
to
the
car.
He
looks
like
he
terrorizes
everyone.
A
normal
person
does
not
act
this
way.
The
Italian
food
was
not
that
good,
the
service
was
bad
and
slow
because
there
was
only
one
server
and
we
got
up
several
times
to
ask
for
basic
things
(ex:
cheese).
I
do
not
recommend
this
restaurant
to
anyone.
A
owner
has
to
respect
his
customers
and
has
NO
respect
and
is
very
rude
and
condescending.
