ONOMO Hotel Dakar Nestling within its mud-brick wall around two landscaped patios, ONOMO Hotel Dakar has introduced a unique concept. Steeped in African spirit but open to the world and the ‘here and now’, the ONOMO Hotel Dakar - part of the ONOMO Hotels Group - shows that offering simple and accessible hotels to new regional and international clients is possible. Business and corporate clients can now appreciate all the services of a top hotel, at an affordable price. The hotel lobby is conceived as an urban African village that allows for different living spaces including the main restaurant and its designed walls, the bar, the business corner with free computer access, the lounge area, the gym and access to the rooms. The rooms are particularly well lit and full of sophisticated comforts. They offer free Wi-Fi access, a queen-size bed, a workspace, a flat-screen TV with Satellite channels, a walk-in shower, separate toilets, an electronic safe adapted to laptops, an individual a/c system, a shady balcony and a wide window on to the outdoor gardens. The bar-restaurant is open 24/7 to cater to guests night and day. The food is tasty and the portions generous. African and international flavours inspire the Chef who mostly sources fresh produces from local markets and the hotel garden. The hotel is also equipped with 2 meeting rooms with free Wi-Fi access. The fully-equipped plenary room with a screen wall can accommodate up to 120 attendees and offer natural daylight and an outdoor terrace and patio.

First time stayed in the hotel.but was not matched with my expectation. Lot of mosquitos in the room. TV was not working even not connected to the power supply. Buffet service during lunch time also not hygiene enough..lot of flies on the food.

The worst experience ever. Second night and there is a huge event with loud live music outside of my room until 3:00 am. Also the room is full of mold and has an unpleasant smell. The staff is rude and unhelpful, they just ignore your existence.Zero customers skills. STAY AWAY!

I recently visited ONOMO Hotel Dakar in Senegal and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops, and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the air conditioning worked well. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, which served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and a great view of the city. Overall, I would highly recommend ONOMO Hotel Dakar to anyone visiting Senegal. It's a great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers, and the staff are exceptional. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

On a major thoroughfare 19 minutes by foot from Virage Beach, this unassuming hotel in a brick building is 8 km from the African Renaissance Monument and 60 km from Blaise Diagne International Airport.

Very rude staff. We booked 3 rooms, after coming there they telling us no room avaliable. After telling us in 10 mins you will get a room which was 3 hours instead of 10 mins. They gave us a dirty room. Please stay far away from that place. Staff is very unfriendly and rude !

So starting with location, it is very close to the old airport but too far from the new airport. Rooms are too small with open bathroom suitable only for single person stay… Not much impressed with the rooms and there is lot of room for improvement

Though the location is great, the service was rather disappointing. They claim to offer a buffet for breakfast but you better be there in the first hour if not you get only bread and fruits to eat. Maintenance is slow and they seem not to be concerned about clients seeing mess here and there, even right in front of the hotel. I came back to my room for two consecutive days and it wasn't cleaned up. One positive thing however is that most of their staff listen to you and are often willing to help.

When I last came the hotel was in the middle of renovation and so I did not enjoy myself a lot. The experience this time around was much better. I got a better room too. And my view was great. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, and always attended to my needs sufficiently. The breakfast buffet could have more options and the environment of hotel could definitely use some work. All in all, I had a wonderful time.

The place is nice. I like the African decor that's around the hotel. The room I'm in is quite small but livable. If you like small rooms this would work for you. Haven't tried out the food yet.
