It’s a terrible hotel, they can’t organise something as simple as an airport pick up. If you have an early flight be very careful you don’t miss your flight because of their incompetence. Book your own taxi.

This hotel is value for money. You can stay in Novotel for 220 dollars a night in what resembles a prison cell with no complimentary water, or you can chose To stay at this beautiful hotel with ample space for bedroom, office desk, small kitchen , clean toilet for a very affordable price. For business travellers I highly recommend this place. The staff are also very helpful.

I recently had to stay at Le Ndiambour - Hôtel et Résidence Dakar Senegal for one night during my visit to Dakar, Senegal. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that led me to stay there, I found the hotel to be a great value for the money. The hotel appears to be relatively new and was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a desk for working, a small kitchen, and a clean bathroom. This would be an excellent choice for business travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Dakar. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. However, it's worth noting that the rooms did not include tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, lotions, or any other amenities other than one bottle of water, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Breakfast at the hotel was nice, but as a vegetarian who only eats Swaminarayan food, my only option was to eat the carrot salad. This may not be an issue for most guests, but it's worth mentioning for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, I would recommend Le Ndiambour - Hôtel et Résidence Dakar Senegal to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Dakar. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has helpful staff, making it an excellent choice for business travelers or anyone visiting the area on a budget.

This is a wonderful four star hotel in the city center of Dakar. I worked with Fama at reservations to reserve several rooms for business travel and the customer service was prompt and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable which are very important factors for me. There are renovations going on in some parts of the hotel but they didn't get in the way. The food served at the hotel was good, although more variety would have been nice after staying at the hotel for over a week. There is also a nice juice bar at the hotel, but they do not serve alcohol. The hotel provided a shuttle from the airport which worked out nicely. The staff were all attentive and nice, and most spoke English which was helpful for our group. Security at the front of the hotel assured safety and the hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, the beach and the train station. A nice four star hotel in the city center of Dakar.

Excellent hotel, great location, just far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to walk in. The beds are super comfortable, the showers are great and they provide good quality toiletries. The roof top pool is wonderful it's just a shame it doesnt open until 11am. They even have a small gym on the roof too.

I was very satisfied with this place. I was especially grateful for the smooth airport pickup after arriving in the middle of the night.

Nice and friendly staff but pricing was better on any other booking site. Manager was never available and language barrier was pretty much a problem.

This was an amazing place to stay in all ways! Clean, very friendly staff, AMAZING FOOD and juices, good location (close to everything and all taxi drivers knew the place), gym, pool, airco, spacious room with balcony, big nice bed and extra amenities (rare to find on a 4 stars) I highly recommend it!

Well built five star hotel, clean friendly environment, professionally trained receptionists and a competent resourceful management and above all, host of the first Binance Meetup Senegal, held Saturday, 25/02/2023. It's important to declare, the event is the first of it's kind in Senegal. Participants came from diverse organisations, groups and individual business ventures and countries within the subregion. The Meetup was conducted in a sensitisation seminar about the meaning of Binance, Blockchain, Core, and Cryptocurrency- mode of operations and strategies for winnings. Also highlighted, was the high degree of risk, and series of scams involved However, a participant, (name withheld), who identified him self, to be travelling from Dubai, preoccupied the gathering with a very important issue such as calling the management of Cryptocurrency or Binance Exchange, to review their policies relating to the release of huge winning money, to effect business transactions of their members. He further cited a case involving Dubai hotel industry and a member of Binance, who wanted to enter into a business deal with Dubai hotel, but has been frustrated by the unwillingness of Binance, to release a huge sum of dollars, worth of millions etc. In a new development, some participants raised concerns for not seeing a delagation from Binance or Cryptocurrency, all of whom they said are white American or English nationals. Others suggested, since the event, was reportedly or publicly announced Meetup Senegal, the five hours (13 h a 17h a), should've been conducted in the form of an exchanged, rather than lectures, which dominated the entire session. A group of disgruntled participants expressed dissatisfaction, on the lack of issue or presentation of certificates, by the organisers, who promised to be representatives of Binance. While others raised similar concerns on other pertinent issues. Both the organising team and participants, consist mainly of youths, among them were few females participants. The program ended with a code drink

They've renovated the place, very cute restaurant. I have only seen the lounge and used the cafeteria. The menu looks good, but the staff there is very slow, we had to remind them we needed the menu several times, and 3 different waiters took our order. That was when the place was empty!

The architectural design in the rooms is amazing and the food is delicious. The customer service is good but the there's limited concierge service. So if you are planning to visit with heavy bags, think a little more about requesting for the service. It may not be offered.

Cool hotel facility at the heart of Dakar city of Senegal, worth staying around. Although the well spoken language is French, the staff are really great and ready to assist at all times.

This is a hotel and the location is good, but the services are very poor. We booked a suite for 4 people with a shared kitchen and living room. When we arrived, the kitchen and living room were locked so we had to wait for more than 40 mins until they bring a key to unlock it - this was after calling three times and told them we were in a rush to go to the port to catch the boat. And guess what, fridge wasn’t connected to the power and neither did the main power for AC and TV. And none of the 3 staff told us about it even though they watched us to put food in the fridge. After we complained to the reception, one guy didn’t want to have eye contact with us (I found that was actually funny!). For a 4 people reservation, there was only one towel per room. And the second day morning, a cleaning lady just swiped the key to open the room without knocking. We found there is lack of training on almost all staff in the hotel and especially the day receptionists. Not recommended.

The foods is beyond amazing… specially the breakfast There s a guy named cisse I believe that wears glasses. I believe he oversees the dining area. Very helpful gentleman…
