I am a beginner and make great progress there. For beginners, there are no lack of waves and for other they often take the car and go to great surf spots. Materiel is good and available any time! At the camp, it is really friendly and full of life. With kids, coachs and others, there are always people overthere. Everybody eat breakfast and dinner together on a big table at the camp. It s nice. There is also a great place on the roof top. Perfect to chill an drink a beer. Rooms are not luxus but everything is clean and comfortable.

Very nice surf camp, directly at Yoff beach. I slept in the dorm which was basic but totally fine if you don't have super high standards. Breakfast and dinner (a chef is cooking local dishes) is included. The owners Marta and Aziz are super friendly and take care of everything. The local surf coaches are also super nice guys and help you during the classes which take place at one of the different surf spots in the area. Depending on the conditions, we drove to one of the spots, so you'll get to experience different spots which I thought was very cool. The camp has all kind of rental boards in different sizes, the equipment quality is very good. If you want to surf in Senegal I can only recommend Malika Surf Camp.

It was such a great experience! It was the first time I did surfing and was everything amazing. Very good staff good people, good meals awesome space at the share bedroom with amazing views and nice waves. If I come back to Senegal I will repeat it!

Amazing surf teachers that made the camp experience so great, they are super friendly, helpful and fun company. They really helped me to improve my surf and always answered any questions. The camp is in a fantastic spot, on the beach, close to restaurants, café's and a bar. I recommend either the restaurant opposite the camp or the fish 'restaurant' on the beach closest to the camp. The camp is run down and needs a bit of work to improve it but overall the experience at camp was great thanks to the other guests and as I already said, the surf staff.

Awesome base to go surf and explore the city of Dakar! Located right next to Yoff beach, this calm and relaxed community-style surf camp stands out with cute low budget accomodation possibilities combined with daily surf trips to the most rewarding surf spots around Dakar. The camp is run by Marta and Aziz, an Italian-Senegalese couple, who have been doing an amazing job in organizing the surf trips (usually two surf sessions per day), driving us around the crazy Dakar traffic and giving helpful advice on any culture, travel or health related questions... And on top of all that they find the time to coach a whole bunch of local kids how to surf and how to rip (some of them competing internationally!). Everyday we were welcomed with big smiles and an open ear. The surf camp includes half-board, which gives you even more time to enjoy the holidays.... while the breakfast is being prepared you can do yoga on the roof top terrace or melt in with the many locals running on Yoff beach, dinner's always been a delicious exploration into the Senegalese kitchen (and the one or two exceptional pasta days were equally celebrated ;-)). All in all a great experience and a great immersion into Dakar surf culture, big thanks!!
