Most well equipped gym in Dakar. Never too crowded, well maintained and cleaned constantly. Friendly front desk staff and good locker room and shower facilities. They offer classes which you can ask for via Facebook or in person, and they have reasonable rates (first time is free and includes a tour). I pay 90,000cfa for 3 months, and you can pause the membership if you're away for more than a week at a time. There is also a small shop, and they sell things like towels, water (and drinks like Powerade), clothes, protein, pre-workout supplements, etc. The entrance is a small hallway at the bottom of the building, a little hard to see the first time. Go in and all the way back up the stairs.

Pretty good facility and has good enough weight if you are into free weight training. Also has group fitness classes, boxing classes, personal training etc.

Not great (my last duty station was New York), but for me the best gym in Dakar.

Best gym in town, the staff, the coaches, the equipment, the environment, the music, the location... Everything is just on point. I have found my place. Keep up the good work guys

Good price/quality. Receptionists are very nice, some coach make not too much attention to the client.

Favorite place to workout in Dakar.

One of the best equipped gyms I have been too. Has many freeweights, squat racks, many machines, kettlebells, heavy bags, gloves, 1.25kg weights for adding to a powerlift. Battleropes. If it had a kickboxing program and maybe BJJ program I think it would be even better but hey it's still the number 1 gym in Dakar.

It's a really great place. They offer you a free session if you're new, which is amazing. My team will start attending when we're back in Bamako. Thank you Lif'Itness for making my boss feel comfortable in your gym😊.
