This
place
is
well
located,
right
in
the
middle
of
Ngor
beach.
It's
the
perfect
place
to
people
watch
for
a
tourist.
You
will
have
all
the
local
people,
villagers,
fishermen,
youths
playing
sports,
and
you
can
watch
the
boats
leaving
for
the
beautiful
island
of
Ngor.
Also
seems
to
be
a
bit
of
a
hangout
for
the
young,
trendy
urban
crowd
of
this
city.
The
furniture
and
style
are
modern
and
kind
of
"night-club
stylish".
Food
is
above
average
for
Dakar,
but
at
the
same
time,
it
is
not
spectacular.
They
have
dishes
that
will
suit
tourists,
for
sure,
and
they
are
as
expected.
They
have
crêpes
with
cheese
and
ham
for
4000,
and
they
are
tasty.
Prices
are
normal
for
a
place
that
is
a
little
bit
upscale,
3000-8000
for
a
meal.
Service
is
friendly
and
correct,
but
also
slow
and
unprofessional.
Slow
service
and
low
knowledge
of
French
or
English
is
not
unusual
in
this
region,
so
it's
not
necessarily
worse
than
any
average
place,
but
far
from
top-notch.
I
must
point
out,
as
this
is
on
the
beach,
that
I
have
on
many
occasions
left
all
my
stuff
and
gone
swimming
or
just
strolling
the
beach.
You
ask
the
security
guy
to
keep
a
close
eye
on
your
stuff,
and
when
you
leave,
you
give
a
special
tip
just
for
him
(cash
in
his
hand).
I
usually
give
1000
cfa,
so
it's
about
2
usd/1,5
euro.
He
totally
appreciates,
and
I
have
never
had
any
problems
and
felt
totally
safe.
This
is
a
huge
plus
for
me,
as
I
usually
travel
alone.
Big
kudos
to
their
security
guys!
I
will
always
come
back
because
it's
a
place
where
I
can
leave
my
stuff
and
feel
safe,
and
enjoy
the
beach
and
the
sea.
