Had a visit to Ethiopian airlines Dakar office. Very attentive helpful staff. They found all the information I needed, got me a good flight and made sure I will have a good seat.Could not ask for more.

I lost a lot with this company, although the manager is a good man, but despite trying, he was unable to help and so far my problem is still there... I hope they find a solution for me soon or compensate me for the damage caused by this ticket

The worst airlines ever, bad service, lost my bag and wanted to bring it 5 days after, only wanted to compensate for 75 usd for a delay of my only luggage for 5 days, after that the bag came broken and it took them 4 days to fix it, don't recommend it all

Dreamliner aircraft are fantastic. Second leg to Johannesburg was on a Boeing 737-800 which was nearly as old as me!

The company I work for usually handles all travel booking operations with ET. For my 1st direct experience with the ET office staff in Dakar, I was very disappointed. No customer care and poor service. They made mistake on the flight choosen and asked me to pay for the change.
