What
can
I
say…
After
several
amazing
experiences,
I
left
this
restaurant
literally
dumbfounded
today.
We
arrived
as
a
party
of
6
(4
adults,
2
kids)
and
there
was
only
one
table
large
enough
to
accommodate
us,
and
the
staff
welcomed
us
to
be
seated
and
gave
us
menus.
We
had
to
use
a
couple
chairs
from
a
small
neighboring
table
to
seat
our
group
at
the
high-top
table.
Another
group
came
in,
and
it
was
clear
that
there
was
not
a
table
for
them.
Not
be
be
hindered,
the
owner/manager
demanded
that
we
give
up
our
chairs
(which
were
the
proper
size
for
the
high
top
table)
for
regular
chairs.
This
would
put
two
of
the
adults
at
about
eye
level
with
the
table
top.
I
am
sorry,
but
that
is
not
accommodating
to
anyone.
It
was
very
clear
from
this
decision
that
this
group
that
arrived
after
us
were
going
to
be
catered
to
over
our
group.
I
do
not
know
in
which
world
or
culture
where
this
is
normal
customer
service…
Because
it
was
clearly
communicated
that
we
were
not
going
to
be
accommodated
as
the
faithful
customers
that
we
thought
we
were,
we
chose
to
leave
so
that
the
« preferred
»
customers
could
get
their
service.
Deeply
disappointed
and
aghast
by
this
treatment.
Totally
unexpected
to
say
the
least.
When
you
have
limited
seating,
you
need
to
understand
you
cannot
seat
everyone
that
shows
up.
Neither
can
you
pick
and
choose
who
gets
the
5-star
treatment
and
who
doesn’t.
