Definitely the best food on Ngor Island, the Calamar catalan, and calamar skewers are amazing. The yassa poison is also so so good. Alberto's hospitality really makes it, service with a smile, always. It's also the cheapest place to get alcohol (wine and beer, at least)! And you can take it to the beach to enjoy. And obviously the view is amazing.

Nice food, good restaurant on small island of Ngore beach. I stayed in Dakar in 2016. It is nice place.

Very good restaurant runned by three nice brothers who have as a main interest to give clients a pleasant experience and fresh food. You can also stop by to have a drink or just relax in the sun and take a swin. If you need advice on what more to visit in Dakar, where to live, where to dance...the brothers have the answers to everything!

We had very cold beers watching the sunset waiting for the boat to bring us back to the mainland. Sunset was incredible. Lovely atmosphere. I recommend for drinks for sure! I did not try the food.

I stayed in Dakar for one month and i became a regular at the Oasis. The food and drinks are very delicious because they are home made and prices are more than reasonable. The place itself is very comfortable with plenty of lounge chairs equipped with umbrellas and the sea is just at your feet :) They also have showers in case you do go for a swim (impossible not to - the water is amazing there). The staff is very friendly and if you are willing to learn or practice your wolof then this is the place to be. Cannot wait to go back!!
