I
travel
to
work
in
Africa
regularly.
I
know
to
keep
my
expectations
low.
I
paid
for
my
stay
ahead
of
time,
and
that
was
my
mistake.
I'm
still
waiting
for
my
refund
as
I
left
4
days
before
I
planned
to
leave,
so
that
I
could
transfer
to
the
Terrou-Bi
which
is
like
maybe
20
or
30$
more
a
night.
I
didn't
have
a
single
hot
shower
the
whole
time
I
stayed
here
-
4
Days...
and
they
didn't
switch
my
room,
it
took
them
3
days
to
try
and
fix
it.
Not
a
single
open
electrical
outlet
to
charge
my
things.
Breakfast
was
bad.
No
eggs,
just
leftover
dinner
fare
and
baked
goods.
Not
even
milk
and
a
bunch
of
uninterested
staff
that
circle
behind
the
bar
and
chat
with
eachother
while
the
entire
dining
room
is
missing
plates,
silverware,
sugar,
salt,
etc.
The
service
was
even
worse
than
the
food.
Food
was
so
bad
that
I
had
to
order
takeout.
I
asked
for
silverware
and
a
plate
from
roomservice...
and
room
service
told
me
to
come
down
and
get
it
myself
because
I
wasn't
ordering
anything
(Even
though
you
have
to
pay
about
4-8
dollars
for
room
service
period.
I
had
to
order
a
coke
just
to
get
the
plate
and
the
silverware.
The
minibar/fridge
in
the
room
kept
my
drinks
nice
and
room
temperature.
Security
here
is
poor.
The
metal
detector/XRAY
machine
is
not
even
used.
No
one
checks
your
ID
or
your
car
when
you
roll
up
to
the
parking,
and
there
is
zero
perimiter
around
the
building
which
is
off
of
a
main
road.
I
asked
for
a
refund
on
the
nights
I
didn't
stay,
and
they
said
they
couldn't
run
a
negative
charge
on
the
machine,
and
that
they
would
have
to
facilitate
a
wire
transfer,
and
they
told
me
I'd
be
responsible
to
pay
the
fees
.
Four
weeks
later,
and
I
still
haven't
gotten
a
refund.
I
had
to
dispute
the
charge
with
my
credit
card
company.
Do
not
stay
here,
it's
a
complete
waste
of
money.
