    I absolutely love this place it's amazing all the potential that can be used for the place for the future. The building has been used for 2016 and 2018 biennale (la cité dans le jour bleu and l'heure rouge). The Place always has very beautiful and interesting installations from artists coming from different countries. This year I have seen some of their room installation that have been kept from the previous biennale. I think it should be used more often than every two years and can be use for a reading place or for gathering for eating like an open place which can be shared with many people with security. I just hope the authorities will allow it.

    Absolutely loved walking through, learning, experiencing and appreciating the depth of artistic creativity on display. Biennial Dakar is a full on beauty in the eyes of the beholder 💃💕
