I am very disappointed about the mediocrity in this hotel , the way they treat clients. I have been here a month and because of delay of payment due to my bank with proof the entire staff is aware to the point they asking me to hand over my passport . This is unacceptable to treat a long term client and was willing to stay long. I have to change as soon as their money is released . I have been harassed in my room with phone calls every 2 hours from their manager for delay of fews days payment after collecting 80% of the fees already. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone THEY DONT VALUES CLIENTS OR RESPECT THEM !!!

It's one of the best hotels, the rooms are amazing beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is very fast, the view is very good, will be back soon.

Axil Hotel, earlier Fiderbhe Hotel in city centre is ideal for business purpose. Rooms are good and well refurbished. Even breakfast menu is good enough for business visitors. My stay was comfortable. Kudos to all staff at Axil Hotel from Reception to Restaurant.

Perfect hotel for a business trip. Glad I was on 3rd floor as quite noisy outside on the lower floors. No complaints at all with the room. Will definitely book again.

This hôtel doesn't deserve one star talk about 4 stars? Like really . The human rights is not respected here , no didcretion or professionalism from the reception to the management. Very funny way to to do things here with no respect . The room are not properly isolated the carpet is so dirty with a bad smell around the premises. Yesterday i was stuck in the lift . I will stop here but so much to bad things to say . Do not recommend tjos hôtel to anyone

Beautiful hotel owned by a Senegalese. Newly renovated. Attended a fashion show by Kentra. It was a warm cozy venue. Will definitely go back for lunch, brunch or dinner.

The hotel was clean & good..But the dinner we had during our stay was terrible..The crew servicing in cafeteria doesn't understand english & the menu too was only in french..The hotel should take steps to recruit crew who understands english so that every foreigner can have pleasant stay & food..
