I LOVE ZEV’S! I can’t recommend enough, the space is lovely and intimate, not to loud, not to quiet. Me and my friends sat at the bench and had the best service/food experience. Deb looked after us and was so attentive and recommended the most beautiful wine. And the food, where to start. Four courses of heaven! Starters were served with house made sourdough and other delights. Two mains, a stunning steak and market fish with all the trimmings. Both perfection. Dessert was just as lovely. Thanks for having us. Sneaky side note, I had the Smashed patty’s and natty’s that same week at Zev’s, and I can’t think of a better activity on a Sunday arvo with friends or a loved one. An absolute experience.

Excellent service, delicious food, we enjoyed our evening very much though we were left surprised the set course wine pairing didn't extend to dessert wine, so we felt a little under done @$54 each for 3 splashes and finished with a disappointingly small 1 portion of dessert to share, we really should have had 2 servings of dessert at the price we paid. Our waiter was a delight

We chose the feed me option and could not have enjoyed each dish more including the wines that paired perfectly. My husband said the panacotta was the best dessert he had ever eaten and I don't think it's because the wine may have hit by then. The waitress was really knowledgeable and had lovely energy. We have been before the name change and found the food experience identical but atmosphere seemed better somehow. Also... loved the jungle jungle wine! Thank you for giving us a lovely kid free night!

My husband and I love cooking ourselves, so really appreciate the complex simplicity of good flavours and quality food, but this dining experience has been absolutely phenomenal. Extraordinary flavours and food! It's literally the best dining experience we have had in Australia- and we've been here 8 years! Everything was amazing- the staff, the service, the food, the wine... it was fantastic. A special Thank you to Bop for an amazing evening. We will definitely be back!

I'm not much of a meat eater, but overall our first dining experience here was delicious, and each dish was curated and introduced with obvious expertise. The fact the dishes were small but plentiful gave us the opportunity to try a wide range of tastes without feeling overfull; the meal felt like the perfect amount. The house made lemonade was also a highlight and I really liked the zucchini flowers. The autumn veg felt like a few too many flavours in one, but still nice. If there was a more plant based version I'd probably go back every few months, but as it was, it was a lovely and unique dining experience that I'd recommend.

Went here for a walk-in dinner with the partner on a Thursday night. Al-a-carte was available, however we chose the set menu ($110pp) and one wine pairing ($60pp). The set menu included nine dishes, all of which were delicious, well-balanced and perfectly prepared, particularly the fish and lamb cap. Highly recommend the wine pairing, which included three unique wines that were not on the usual list. Smart casual ambience. Friendly and efficient service. Prices reflective of fine-dining and well worth it. Highly recommend for fine dining in Toowoomba.

We love going to Zev's for our special nights. It's so good not to have to think about what you are going to order. Everything including the beautiful wine can be selected for you. Keep you the excellent work guys. We love it

Love the sourdough! Staff wonderfully welcoming and are very attentive to your needs, makes you feel quite special. The Deco is very stylish and the feel of the atmosphere is very relaxing. The pricing is very reasonable and we are so lucky to have this establishment in Toowoomba.

Our first time at Zev’s and it has shot up immediately to be a top 5 restaurant in Toowoomba. Excellent set menu structure which should be more popular in T’bar. I typically hate tomato and yet the tomato and anchovy side dish to the beef main course was a particular stand out. My partner typically doesn’t eat prawns and yet again found that the prawn in curry sauce was a top 3 dish tonight. It would be a great injustice if I did not mention the mushroom entree as well. The extent of any criticisms would belong to the slightly underwhelming cheese course and decor but this is overshadowed by the excellent, professional and knowledgeable service team. We will be keeping a close eye on regular menu changes to invite our inevitable return.

First time diner at Zevs. Super impressed. Both waiters were perfect. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The male waiter attended to any extra request or question instantly. Nothing was too much trouble. A delight to dine with such good service. The food was spot on. Loved the option to add a few little extras so we definitely did not leave hungry! Stand out dish was the carrots with labne. Wines were exciting! So good to go with the splash. Will definitely be back. Also must mention the sourdough. The best.

We have been there twice in 7 days now, and each time we have had the same high-level of professionalism, amazing quality food and delicious wine. The restaurant itself has a wonderful warm ambience. The staff are friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going there again soon!

Absolutely exquisite experience. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable and an absolute delight. The food was amazing and it was such a luxury to only have to make a decision between still and sparkling. Cannot recommend Zev's highly enough. Thank you for a magical evening.

Another amazing night out at Zev's. Staff are always knowledgeable about the food and wines they're offering and let's you really connect with the experience. Wonderful food and a candle lit dessert as the power went out. Luckily we'd just finished our mains so nothing else needed to be cooked meaning we were able to continue our meal. Staff were polite and informative keeping everyone updated and drinks topped up.

Absolutely the best dining experience with a nice intimate ambience & friendly service. We enjoyed each and every dish, all unique & so so tasty. Impossible to pick a favourite dish, as they were all sensational. Was nice not to have to choose from a Menu and simply relax and enjoy the 5 course offerings. The wine pairing was perfectly matched with each dish. Thanks to the chef's and wait staff for our special evening. We will certainly be back.

We have not been for a while, but Zev's remains the best dining experience in Toowoomba by some distance. Wonderful inventive food, very impressive wines and ales, warm ambience and friendly informed service. Can't wait to return. Snacks and drinks on Friday or Saturday afternoon is next on our wishlist.

Amazing experience. Mouth watering flavours and would highly recommend the wine package to go with the high class, well presented, delicious meals. Service and staff was of high quality and all round a five star experience.

From the moment we arrived we were promised a treat and it was delivered in spades. Service from Riley second to none. Food spectacular in flavours and presentation. Wine splash perfectly matched & delicious. Special memories made.

The food was great, the service relaxed but attentive. We had two bottles of wine and it might have been cheaper to do the wine pairing instead. Really good food though, some interesting and intelligent choices by the chef. The booking confirmation says: "No dietary requirements. No BYO. No cakes or decorations. We do not offer a kids menu as the intimate space of our restaurant is not suitable for babies, young children, prams or high chairs." Which is worth noting.

Recently enjoyed the chef's tasting menu here with my husband. It was by the far the best meal we have eaten out in some time. Their menu never disappoints. Each dish was packed with flavour. Delicious food and great service. It was a nice evening. Just be sure not to be in a hurry - the menu experience took approximately 2 hours.

The food we selected was amazing, service was excellent and our waitress that served us was exceptional. A truely wonderful dining experience. We will be back to sample more of this wonderful cuisine and happy to share this experience with friends and family. The home baked sourdough bread was very enjoyable.

After many months of following Zevs Bistro via social media we finally had the chance to visit. After a warming arrival from the team, we first kicked off with a pick from Zevs killer wine list before jumping onto a wine pairing. Each wine of choice matched beautifully with Zevs dishes. Every plate was full of so much love making it such a wholesome experience. Zev, you’re doing incredible things, and thank you for sharing your creations with us. We had a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to one back!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Zev's Bistro. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly, Knowledgeable and attentive. The menu had a great selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and everything we tried felt like a party in our mouth :) loved the beef! We’ll certainly come back! A solid 4.5 for me!

We had an excellent dining experience at Zev's Bistro last night. The Chef's Menu was fresh, delicious and creative. The paired wines were a great option as well and challenged us to go beyond what we would normally order. Our server created the perfect atmosphere, guiding us through each course. Thanks so much to the whole team, we had the most wonderful, delicious night and we couldn't recommend Zev's more highly.

Every member of the family walked away very happy. What an amazing experience. Great food, wine, service and company. The degustation menu is well worth the price. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and not overwhelming so we were still able to converse between dishes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great dining experience with family/friends.
