Visited the shop today, after making a phone order. We had to wait for at least 25 mins just to receive the order, people who came after me got their order before me. Even more they didn’t provided any napkin and cutlery within the snack pack. It was extremely terrible experience. Even after being a regular customer I didn’t expected that kind of service.

Drink, medium chips and a kebab came to $31.20. This is exorbitantly expensive. Edit: lol response from the owner is a joke. A kebabs worth of cheese, tabouli, olives and jalapenos is worth $4.50 is it? Nowhere else is this much food worth this much money.

It's my families go to place. Whether you want a snack or full on meal, go here. WOW!! The food is very fresh and extremely flavoursome. Very authentic. The staff are very friendly, genuine and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your meal. In the many times I've been here, I've NEVER been disappointed. Photo is a large bbq chicken pizza. Yummmm. You can even get a larger family size of you like.

In my opinion, best snack packs in town not only the best one I have found around town but, the cheapest. You can tell the staff put effort into what they make for us, witnessed some complaints and this shop did everything they could to satisfy this customer right down to making her food from scratch again. I'd give this place a solid 11/10. The owner - respectful and kind. Staff - well presented, respectful and very helpful. And I wanted to point out, there is a lady with black hair that works here that makes us feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we walk in the doors.

What a super quality experience. Completely authentic traditional kebab and pide experience down to the Young Middle Eastern owners and environment Food quality and presentation was restaurant quality in a simple takeaway environment. Traditional music in the background. And to make experience even more multicultural while eating at the outdoor opportunities we could enjoy hearing a south East asia older guys chatting away in their native tongue. All in down town rural Toowoomba. Awesome to see.

Very surprising to find this spot, the middle eastern taste is good, probably tamed for the Aussie market but delicious, they fusion wrap is amazing, pizza is 'D licious'. Recently I have been eating their rice pudding, OMG it is best served warm maybe that should be an option on the menu. Beats any take away meal hands down!

Oh my lordy lord!!! BEST KEBAB EVER quote from my hubby and I have to say, I agree . Walking in and smelling the beautiful food just made me even hungrier. The service 💯, the lady who took our order was so friendly and made you feel as though she was your friend not just a person taking an order. Will definitely be going back for more and trying all the different things on the menu. Loved the booths , we had takeaway and the aroma in the car was amazing. The salads were so fresh an lovely and generous. The meat , awesome.. as you can see I am a fan . But good service great food deserves a rave 👍👍👍👍👍

Had 2 lovely, freshly cooked, and tasty pizzas and medium hot chips here. Was a good spot to warm our bellies and escape the cold, windy day except when the door slooowly shut whenever someone came in or left 😄

Fusion + is hands down the best kebab place in Toowoomba. The staff is awesome and so friendly and their menu is incredible. Their shop has a nice fresh feel for dining in and I love the art on the walls! Great value for money and great service.

Love their pizza. We ordered a large Turkish pizza and didnt regret. The dough was chewy and a bit different from the usual pizza that I had. I reckoned it was because the dough was freshly made on the spot. Yummy. We had our little dog with us and they obliged by letting us dine outdoor. Plus point for their understanding.

I ordered tonight very excited as I have been enjoying Kebabs from Drayton which were 10 out of 10 but ordered here at fusion tonight and firstly couldn't order a kebab without meat or falafel which I don't eat any of that just love them with sad so I though I could just add the falafel so I could finnish my order and I hated them so much money and their awful sadly. Edible as I'm starving but so used to the totally fresh salad and yummy ones I've been getting so total disappointment I feel if we could have the option not having to choose a meat or falafel would have been alot better. On that not child loves the pizza so thankyou for that. Many thanks Kerry

Great value. Super fresh ingredients. I've had the falafel wrap and vego pizza. Both are excellent if you are chasing vegan or vegetarian options. Everything is made to order. Parking is right at the front door but peak times are busy (in the car park). Service is fine and efficient. Eat in is available. 5stars. I go there every week.

Very very nice food. Extremely busy at lunch and dinner times but good to see the support for it. Try the pizzas!!!

Very tasty kebabs. Had a beef kebab with BBQ sauce, later a chicken kebab with hummus. General helpings, flavoursome and moderately priced. I'll definitely be a return customer.

We used to drive across town to eat here, fortunately it's now the closest kebab shop to us. One of the few food outlets that my wife and I always order the same thing - her the chicken kebab and me the mixed meat HSP with the holy trinity. Service is always speedy and friendly, even when busy. My wife appreciates the generous portions and consistency, and I feel the HSP is nicely made with a generous amount of meat and chips that stay crunchy under copious amounts of topping. The only suggestion I would have is to melt the cheese prior to assembling the HSP - which could be achieved easily on the griddle in the prep area, slide off and into the container over the chips.

Stopped in for a HSP since we’re new in Toowoomba and lets just say they delivered! Incredibly fresh ingredients, amazing customer service (they made us feel at home immediately) and a good chat. HSP was 11/10, take the time to come here.

Yummy very fresh food. Kebab was crunchy rather than a soggy mess - yum! Their baklava is to die for - the best in town I've tasted, it's crunchy (not a soggy mess) and you can taste the real butter between the sheets of filo with hint of syrup as an after taste. Will def be going back 👍💜

This is my go to place for lunch, no doubt! Friendliest stuff, that always seem to look out for their customers. I’m a local and Every time I’m feeling like a kebab for lunch, I always call in to place an order, and as soon as I get there my food is ready and I just have to pay. It’s So convenient when you don’t have to wait for your food! That’s what fast food should be, in and out. I’m happy to support this amazing family business.

Cannot comment regarding the kebabs. We had a pizza which was good, but probably not their specialty. Service was excellent.

Delicious pide and kebab for a reasonable price. Friendly staff and the indoor area is quite accommodating. I would always go back here to get my kebab fix.

The Fusion plus team has always been friendly and the food has never disappointed! Even though the shop is almost always busy, we’ve not had a poor experience during those busy times. Favourite kebab and pizza spot in Toowoomba by far!
