Had horrible experience today. Poor customer service after sales. I was told last weekend that they will exchange my damaged blender and asked me to bring other parts as well, so today I carried all the parts to them and they straightaway told me that they will not replace and the guy who told me last time was not in store and so they cannot do anything about it. I went all they way from Gatton to Toowoomba as they had promised me to exchage the blender after checking it thoroughly and running through my warranty, but today they changed their minds and said that they cannot exchange even while it is under warranty. Please beware of the staff as they don't stick to their words.

Have bought a few appliances from there. The staff are knowledgeable, and friendly with a large range on offer. On the odd occasion that I have had a problem they've gotten back to me very quickly and fixed the problem no hassles. Very happy will definitely be going back.

Staff are always helpful. I've always had a pleasant experience every time I go here. I buy all of my electrical household goods here and wouldn't go any other place.

Always have had stock of what I've wanted. Always price match and service is great too.

I had an issue with a broken washing machine. Jason was very supportive when the manufacturer was unwilling to come to the table. He made extra calls and put his money where his mouth was to make sure the issue was rectified. As a result, I've since spent an extra $750 in store on products I needed, rather than going elsewhere, because I know they look after their customers. Very happy with the help I received and I recommend them for their service 😊 Thank you Jason!

Bought a chest freezer. I have never been a huge fan of the good guys but the lady who served me was nice, but a young man Sam at the warehouse was exceptional. He was polite, well mannered and couldn't do enough to help me. I will be shopping here again because of him. Well done.

Worse Experience I ever had from a Good Guys Store. Poor Communication, Sales Staff doesn't know how to treat people with friendly, waiting for a long time in the store to get more information about the product and they have no knowledge about the product and billing team don't even promoting Gold service membership to customers. If you paid through Bpay store people didn't even notified delivery Team and customer that the payment had been successfully received and delivery driver contacted me when I am not home and Good Guys Store Toowoomba Billing Team Charged extra delivery fees. This is not the way to treat a customer by a reputed franchise. I strongly won't recommend this store to anyone who is looking forward to spend above 2K Terrible Experience!!!

Having recently made a few purchases here, and receiving great service and advice, when requiring a new dishwasher? We decided to try Good Guys. Again, great service and advice, good price, but the fact that they could remove our old one, and deliver and install our new one? Totally awesome. Just left after over 30mins in-store not 1 hello or offering for assistance. Considering I was buying appliances for a whole new kitchen what a waste. And don't tell me it was short staffed there were at least 4 behind the service counter.

Probably the best Good Guys we have ever been to. The service is amazing, not by just one but several of their staff. Friendly and made the process quick and easy. Half the Good Guys store in Brisbane should really learn from them, maybe training should be done here in Toowoomba first before starting. The same question, same company, but such a hard process at every other stores but can be easily answered and resolved at the Toowoomba store. Thank you Toowoomba GG team.

I’m so happy with Shell at the good guys. My fridge broke, I went in like a flustered mess, she educated me on what to avoid, helped me purchase a new one and organised delivery whilst the shop was closing up.

Bought alot of stuff from here and had no problems at all , Friendly staff quick to assist you, prize not to bad affordable.

I knew what I wanted and was just figuring out the best thing on reviews. I think in 10 minutes I'd had 10 different people asking if I needed help. It was very quiet when I was there.

Top group of people. Contact the store directly. Don't bother ringing the head office customer number as they're useless. The people at this store are awesome

Sales lady was rude and right in our face about covid. Told us we wouldn't find want we wanted in Toowoomba and was more interested in telling us how many covid cases Toowoomba had. Will not be going back. Managers need to look at who they are hiring.

Bought a new oven off the guys there. The sales guy was helpful, informative and didn’t push any sales on me. The oven I bought turned out to have a defect. The staff sorted it out. Got their electrician around to inspect the oven, confirm it was faulty and re installed a replacement on the spot. Great job Toowoomba goodguys. Highly recommend them. (And the Electrolux oven that was faulty. The new one is great)

Bought a washing machine online which was out of stock. Within 20 minutes they had called to discuss changing to a different one that could be delivered the next day. Really good service over the phone. Would use them again

I spoke to Aaron today about buying a portable CD player. The one I am after is not available at the moment but I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received, especially as it is not a major purchase. Aaron checked other stores for me, discussed other brands and has put me on a wait list. Thank you Aaron!

Service was mostly non existent. All the sales staff were too busy walking around the shop floor on mobile phones. The young guy from behind the counter had to come help us out. He was super helpful. The only time a staff member asked if we needed help was when we entered the Smeg area.

Was served by Dayna and she gave fantastic service, offered a better price on my purchase and didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable as some sales people tend to do. Absolutely fantastic service and will happily come back to this store purely based on the standards that the staff clearly hold. Thank you very much!

Order something in stock and been waiting for it to be delivered but after 9 days they have updated the order stating its no longer in stock and will have extended delays for it to be delivered. A few of my friends are also having the same issues with them but with other products.

My mother and I have just purchased a washing machine and extended Warranty from the Toowoomba Good Guys. When we went to the Customer Service desk to pay for the item, we experienced extremely bad customer service by Shiane. She did not greet us, did not look us in the eye and when my mother asked a question about the Warranty she did not respond and there was no polite farewell. A person with this kind of attitude and personality should not be in a role of customer service. Although, we would like to acknowledge the sales lady Belinda, who sold us the machine was extremely helpful. 5 star!
